Absolutely love Meaghan. She is so sweet, and professional. See her for waxing often, but recently received a facial and I felt so pampered. She is amazing and so passionate at what she does. Highly recommend!

Fabulous experience! Moving from the busy city to a small town was overwhelming for me to find a salon that I was confident in. I did lots of research before choosing the urban spa. I have very long thick blonde hair, I went over a year before having anything done to it.Serena did a fabulous full head of foils and a perfect cut. (I also suffer from Anxiety and PTSD) The experience here was very calming and relaxing. I will be coming back for all my beauty treatments. I will highly recommend Serena to all my friends, coworkers, neighbors.Thanks again.

I had a Seasonal facial with Sarah today & it was so FABULOUS! Not only is she so calm, peaceful & professional, she also has the softest touch. I felt so rejuvenated & beautiful after. Highly recommend!

I have had many great experiences at this spa. Emma the aesthetician there is always so friendly and professional. She has done an excellent job waxing my brows. The shape is awesome. 10/10 would recommend her!

Serena is the best!! I had my hair butchered at a different salon so I messaged serena, not only did she come up with a plan of action to fix all the discolouration and banding, she was actually able to execute that plan and completely transformed my hair. My hair is now back on track for what im going for and I can’t wait for my future appointments with Serena! I 1000% recommend Serena to anyone! 10/10 she is a master hair artist!!

Always a great experience at Urban Spa! They have always been our go to since 2016 for massages! The only downside is they are always fully booked and I guess that’s a good thing for them! Thanks Urban Spa!

I booked a couples facial for my daughter and myself and it was by far the best I've ever had. It included an arm and shoulder massage and hand exfoliation. It was so relaxing. Carly and Abby were amazing! I can't wait to go back.

There’s lots of amazing estheticians here but Meghan is outstanding! She does my lash tint and always checks in to make sure there’s no stinging, gets the bottom and top lashes without staining the skin, and makes great conversation. All around fun personality and great work!
