Tyler and the other employees were beyond amazing and super friendly. I was close to the mall and called to see if they had an item I was having a difficult time ordering online. It was 5 minutes before closing and he told me to come in and he would see if he could order it for me. I went in, was not rushed and left having purchased the shorts I was desperately looking for. Thank you so much to the team for their help. You guys are awesome ❤

This Friday I purchased something and I refused to give my e-mail to the cashier and then she gave me an attitude. I never go to the store at this location because everyone there is rude for no reason.

I was just here last Sunday March 7th with my little sister and had the best customer service from Jacob.My little sister never felt comfortable shopping for jeans since she's a lot more petite than most kids her age but Jacob helped right away and we were able to find the perfect size for her.Thanks so much for the help!

The American eagle has some great casual clothing for men and women. The size selection was good and the employees were very helpful in finding you the right fit. There are lots of great sales currently.

Thank you to Melinda, Chelsea, and Mitch at the Mapleview American Eagle location! Our three back-to-schoollers enjoy shopping (or don't) to varying degrees and Melinda, in particular, but also Chelsea and even Mitch chipped in to assist us to wardrobe all three successfully.Great energy and great attitudes! They knew their product, searched high and low for sizing when necessary, and helped choose the right fits for each body type. Well done American Eagle for finding these three exceptional additions to your retail staffing!

The Black Friday sales on the Sunday afternoon were still amazing and I bought a couple of nice sweaters for my 20-something daughter. She loved one and exchanged the other. The staff looked swamped but that makes sense. The cashiers were friendly and positive.

The staff at this location are amazing! They helped me pick out 3 pairs of pants in my budget. I plan on returning to this store for my clothes shopping ❤️I am a size 16/18 and the store didn't make me feel out of place.

It is possible to find sports clothes especially for young people. My children wear clothes from this store. The products are really high quality and durable.
