Horrible service. Any time my power went out or even flickered, my internet went out and I would have to wait for someone to contact me. I only had service for maybe 4 months and I've never called and reached a person, I've always had to leave a msg and wait (up to 2 days). I've now canceled my service and went back to Xplornet as they're available 24/7 and their service is more reliable in my area. They even expect you to get up on your roof and remove their hardware. That's a total safety concern in my opinion. Or pay $100+ to have someone come do it.
