Paul is an excellent inspector. He was very flexible and understanding during last-minute schedule changes, and proactive in his communications with me throughout. Paul is priced competitively, he was extremely efficient during the inspection and left a lot of time at the end for my questions. He even gave me a binder with detailed information and instructed me to write down the deficiency list, which, as a first-time homer buyer was very helpful. Paul is friendly, dresses professionally, he's punctual and he had the report sent back to me the same day. Great service, all around.

I would highly recommend Paul for any condo or house inspection. He is extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and patient. He inspected our recent condo purchase and walked me through all the details and clearly explained the potential issues with the condo. He inspected every corner and made sure he spent a lot of time explaining all his findings. Based on his report we asked the owners to fix a few items and Paul was kind enough to come and do another walkthrough with us as if it was a fresh inspection. I called Paul to do an inspection on the condo. He was very polite and sounded professional over the phone. To schedule the appointment was a breeze. He showed up ahead of time and met me by the building entrance. The inspection was done very professionally and efficiently. Paul was very methodical and paid attention to many details which a regular home buyer would not even notice. He also used specialty tools to check the moisture and other things during the inspection. At the beginning he provided me with a file with very helpful information.
