People working are rude and unfriendly. I had to insist to get a paper agreement for my grandad but they told him it's on his phone. He has a Motorola flip phone, how do you expect him to do that? Best way to describe my experience ( Easy problems - Difficult solutions).

I had brought my daughter in for an upgrade on Sunday July 26th and the young lady that served us had a really bad attitude. She told us the phone would not cost us anymore as they had a discount in play. In the end we had the pay $24 more a month. Also the protection plan she sold us did not protect the phone against loss or being stolen. Completely misled us all the way. Pathetic service. Just wanted to rush us out of the store. Did not not even help us with uploading off of icloud. I wish I could give no star.

Now the Rogers network is getting worse and worse, frequent outages, traffic sharing, frequent crashes, no service, it's really bad! Friends be sure to shine your eyes... .Let's go to another one.

Very bad customer service. Went in today and the gentleman who attended was in rush and didn't really explain anything. There was no customer in the store so I don't know why he was rushing. It was truly visible that he is not willing to sell any plan. I asked him multiple questions because i was really interested into taking a phone with the plan but that gentleman really turned me around. Very upsetting experience overall. Rogers you need better staffing in this store.

It takes time to get you attended (in spite of having 4-5 customer service officers in store).They have beautiful queue management system, which is (for unknown reasons) not followed.Other than that, the store is well stocked with various items. The employees are well resourced and will get your job done.

Bhaumik was wonderful. He opened the store exactly at 10am and helped me right away with a technical issue I had with my phone. Super professional and personable. Having read a lot of negative reviews at many locations before my visit, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Definitely, happy with this experience.
