Hard not to love. Anytime we have gone there for our kids we've always found great clothes for very reasonable prices.

Bought something to small and wanted an exchange. I was told I couldn't exchange it for a different item if they didn't have the size in the item I was returning and that I was stuck with it. Poor customer service and a bit rude on the phone. Won't be shopping there again.

Just wanted to share a positive experience I had at this store. I ordered a few things online for my kids but accidentally got some Christmas PJs a size too big and my daughter was disappointed. I checked online and they looked to be out of stock at every store anywhere near me. I decided I’d at least just go to the closest store to return the PJs and was amazed to find they actually had one last pair of the PJs in the right size! What’s more, they were 60% off. In fact everything was heavily discounted. I had a very easy and quick experience returning the item I got online to the store and purchasing another. The negative experiences had in the past by others were nothing like mine. Very happy to go back to shop again.

Bought a coat for my daughter. the manager jessica cashed me out she left the security tag on. We called to ask if they had dye in it she hadn't a clue what was going on made us drive 20 min back. Just to speak down to my girl friend with very rude snarley attitude. Then says have a nice day!!! psssst! Mumbleing under her breathe. You would think we would be offered something for the screw up or at least be polite about it and apologize and be somewhat sincere about it. Its sad to say but I will most definitely not be going back. Time for new management!

Avoid to buy T-shirt and Polo shirt from Children's Place. it's low quality, shrink after wash. No exchange or refund policy. Customer take own risk!:(Old Navy can do exchange for shrink cloths or get better quality product from Gap or Carter's
