Got the $92 set menu, includes the desserts and appetizers and appys. We went on a Friday at 7:15 PM and the restaurant was 3/4 full. Would go back! Get the steak.

It exceeded my expectations, the food in general was fantastic but my highlight was the marrow ravioli, our waitress, an Italian girl from Milan, was charming and attentive and the manager was great too,without a doubt in my top favorite restaurants.

It was our first time here, and we’re very happy with the food! We got the scallops and the grilled squid as appetizers, and the scallops were absolutely delicious. For the mains, the truffle mushroom risotto was really good, as well as the squid ink pasta, and the seafood stew. The sablefish in the stew was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The tiramisu was delicious as well! The cannoli was a bit different than what we expected, it was similar to a thin wafer instead of the traditional cannoli shell.Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the food and service! Our waiter was extremely attentive and friendly.

Gorgeous restaurant with amazing food. We had a 3 course meal which was perfect. The foie gras and prosciutto appetizers were light but great on flavour. The lamb main was tender and flavourful and the Panna cotta was light and delicious. Highly recommended for a romantic night out.

The thing that stood out the most to me was their ambiance. I’d see it as a great place to have lunch with the girls or a more romantic date night.Firstly, expect to spend around $100 per person for dinner because this place isn’t cheap. The portion size was a good amount as the food can be quite rich, but I think you’ll need a main for each person and a few appies to share.The frico was recommended and it’s as good as you’d think fried cheese is. If you like cheese, you’ll love it. Cheese wasn’t too sharp and strong(although it is quite a heavy dish), and the potatoes at the bottom was a nice touch. I’d say you should get bread with it though. Another order worthy dish would be the Risotto - it was rich and creamy, but the black truffle is really what did it for me. I’m a fan of truffles, so I greatly appreciated the generous amount, although the flavour wasn’t overpowering either. Creaminess of risotto with mushrooms is always a good combo, and I really liked the chunks of mushrooms within the dish. These dishes reminded me of high quality ingredients used to make a simple dish good. Last shoutout is the Oolong Fashioned - it was amazing. I’m a fan of floral flavours, but I also like a stiff drink… this was the best of both worlds. If you like tea or old fashions, give this a try. It’s strong, yet surprisingly smooth and very easy to drink all at once! They also have a decent selection of mocktails, which is always appreciated.Overall, would I go here often, no. However, if you feel like treating yourself or having a nice drink in their lounge, I’d say go for it. I am curious about their Fai Tu, so i’ll probably be returning myself. Is it worth it? Quite possibly!

As we were staying in Shangri-La, this place was a must visit for us and we were not disappointed at all.Great atmosphere and amazing vibe. They have seating arrangements at bar as well as restaurant. Reservations are recommended. From menu's perspective, the starters are in the middle of the menu which might surprise but yes, they have starters :-) .Staff is very friendly and helpful. They try their best to assist with food and wine pairing and, they never go wrong.We tried Insalata di Zucchine, house bread, Risotto Tartufo e Porcini, Bigoli al Nero and a couple of desserts.For non-alcoholic drink, I will highly recommend Passiflora.Great place to visit if planning for dining on some occasion.

Came here for dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Very kind staff especially with our little 2 year old. Food is amazing and drinks are 10/10. Loved the ambience with beautiful decor and everything was served quickly! Highly recommend!

Excellent, authentic Italian food. Everything we ordered was delicious. The oolong fashioned cocktail was memorable and the tiramisu is based on an Italian recipe passed down over decades. Will be back!

Exceptional food and experience, this restaurant is one of the best Italian places I've been to. The food was amazing and extremely high quality. Our server was very attentive and professional. Prices were also very reasonable for a high end restaurant.

An Italian restaurant in Shangri-La restaurant!Customer service at Carlino is, of course, top notch. Although I have tried several of their pasta dishes, I did not find them to be to my personal liking. Their burger was surprisingly pretty good though - definitely would come back for this.I've tried:◼ Focaccia Della Casa (4/5)◼ Frico (4/5)◼ 8 oz Steak Burger (5/5)
