Hazpro Restoration

Called Hazpro Restorations immediately on finding mold in my basement. Matt came out that same night and had a team here within a few days. He arranged for all parties including the plumber and hygenist. He kept me informed throughout the whole ordeal. He explained what he was doing and why. He explained reports. Any time I had questions, he was always there with answers. I am happy to report my basement is free of any mold and passed the clean test with flying colors.I would highly recommend Matt and his company, Hazpro Restorations, to anyone who is in need of their services.

Hazpro did a great job of taking care of the mold in our downstairs bathroom. They were fast, honest, and very professional keeping us well informed throughout the whole process. They were also a big help in working through the claims process with our Insurance Company as well and bringing our file to an approved resolution. Their team handled everything with great care. Great work! We always strive to hire locally and would recommend them to our fellow Neighbours in Airdrie and area.

Our experience with HazPro Restoration was incredible. It started with a small renovation of the counter and tile in our ensuite bathroom. In the removal of the old tile, black mold was discovered, and due to this, our minor restoration evolved into a completely renovated bathroom. We now have a custom glass shower much larger than the original corner unit we had, thanks to the design and layout changes recommended by Matt and his willingness to listen to what we wanted and put everything into motion.A big thank you to Andy, Joe, and Jon for their contributions to the project as well. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.Thanks again for all your hard work.

We had a sewer backup and Matt was amazing. He spent lots of time with us explaining what happened and what exactly needed to be removed. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. Matt always gave us a heads up before coming over and was always on time. He did exactly what he said he would do and finished the job on time. Matt was a lifesaver at a very stressful time and I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing a sewer backup.

Thumbs up for Hazpro! After the first shock of discovering sewer backup in our basement, not knowing who to call and waiting for insurance to guide us for a few days, we called Matt at Hazpro. Turns out that's ALL we needed to do! The work started immediately and the same day. Keeping us updated with lots of patience and professionalism, never showed up unannounced, always showed up when he said he would and my favorite part: He dealt directly with my insurance adjuster, making sure approvals are received in my best interest for the work required. The team was super friendly, respectful and helpful beyond anything I expected, even with all my extra wishes as well as issues we discovered along the way. Nicole, Chad, Jon Jon, you were all amazing and we wish you could renovate the rest of our house :). We will definitely recommend you to others and even though we hope we don't need your services again, we kinda do :)You turned this horrible experience into a good one and we are very grateful for that!

Matt was very helpful and went above and beyond which is very much appreciated. Matt was very easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about what required to be done. I will be calling Hazpro for any future work and would recommend them for any job.

Matt responded quickly to water damage from a leak which occurred over the weekend. He did a great job demoing the area, followed by drying and disinfecting. I am very happy with the quick response, his professionalism, and the work that was completed. Highly recommend this company.
