FIX AUTO POWELL RIVER
I’m from out of town & was back visiting family. I’m a single mom & I accidentally scratched my boyfriend’s truck that I was borrowing. It was a pretty good scratch too. I was referred to FIX Auto. I walked in, explained the situation & within 5 minutes I was taken care of & back on the road. I can’t say thank you enough to the owner & the employee that helped me out. Thank you FIX Auto!

Highly recommended, staff and owner are great people. Booked me in quickly and got everything done in one day. Truck looks amazing, they polished the scratches out and did the rust check (and fixed the leaking cargo light). i will be sending all friends and family to this store for the same treatment. Great service at a great price. Dont wait to book an appointment

FIX AUTO POWELL RIVER
WOW! I went to Fix Auto after having first gone to another local shop for an estimate - the first shop took my name and number and said they would get back to me but four weeks later hadn't responded. I stopped by Fix Auto in person and within 48 hrs they had my car in and did the quick repair and sent me on my way. They had excellent customer service and professionalism and I will definitely be going back there in the future.

Fix Auto is awesome!! From the time I dropped my truck off after a fender bender, to the time I picked it up, Mike and his staff have been fantastic to deal with.Any questions I had were answered immediately and to my satisfaction. When I dropped my truck off I had not had time to clean it after having my two German Shepherds in the cab. There was dirt and dog hair all over. When I picked the truck up, it was washed and the inside was far cleaner than when I dropped it off. This was an added touch that I didn't expect, but very much appreciated.If you need your vehicle fixed for an ICBC claim, or because something needs to be repaired, I 100% recommend Fix Auto... which was recommended to me.

WOW! I was seen the day after I called, the owner of FIX Auto greeted me and looked at my car. They went to work on it right away and gave me a ride to some place I could wait in town. Before the time they had estimated for the work was up, they were dropping my car off to me at the Starbucks where I was waiting. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly-- and not to mention it worked out that it ended up costing WAY under what I was told initially. I would recommend FIX Auto to everyone! They're absolutely amazing!
