This is a pretty good location. I've been here twice. The staff has been friendly and helpful on both occasions. There is paid uncovered parking available onsite, though it is limited in capacity and I imagine it gets full quite easily. I could only see a handful of empty spaces even when there was a very small number of people at ServiceOntario.

The security and receptionist were very nice and helpful, they looked so tired but they still respect the applicants and were really trying to help. However, the lady at counter 19 was very rude. When my number showed on the screen, I expected the counter is ready, so I went to the counter. However, the lady was still chatting with her colleague at counter 18, they were chatting and laughing, when I was standing at the counter, all ready and just waiting for her, and she didn’t even look at me. They were laughing at the previous applicant. I found that is very rude and disrespectful to people, they are very unprofessional. At last, I waited for about 30 sec to a min at the counter, just waiting for them to finished their chat. And the reason they finished is just because I couldn’t hold it anymore, and I said I am here for applying the health card. I wish I can give a zero star, but it can’t. I really hope the manager can take a look at the review, I don’t understand how can they treat people like that.

In Shock.Left work 2 hours early, took 407 from Milton to Richmond hill to pick up my spouse & made our way down to this service Ontario location.This is the closest location that is “full service” health cards etc….. none of these locations are open late or open on Saturday’s.We arrived at 3:40 pm traveled up to the fourth floor & proceeded to wait, 20 minutes later at 4:00pm an employee came up behind & said “sorry everyone we will not be accepting anyone else, the people we are currently serving are the last”I approached him and tried to explain the situation, “he replied, that’s why I am telling you now, so you don’t waste anymore of your time”My spouse is Ukrainian and we have been trying to get her a health card so we can go to the doctor.Honestly 15-30 minutes before closing I can understand putting a “ last in line” warning and not letting new people to begin to line up, but honestly in this case I think it’s absurd!Your one of very few full service locations, people leave work to come here and depend on the service as it’s essential.

I got there at 8:05 and there were about 25 people ahead of me. 8:25 one of the employees came out to check what we were coming for and assisted us. 8:30 they opened and within a maximum of 5 minutes we were inside. The whole process took 15 minutes (i was applying for the OHIP and photo ID) SABRINA, the beautiful lady who assisted us was amazing, polite and so friendly ! Everyone was tbh. Everything went so smoothly I do not know why they got low ratings.

We were able to book an appointment in advance for our necessary service. It took us 10 min to park across the street and get to the building- but when we arrived, we were able to skip the long wait queue and go to reception. We did our research in advance and had all the documents ready. We only had to wait another 40-50 min and it took less than 10 min for us to finish our services.Overall pretty satisfied with service and straightforward, highly recommend you book an appointment in advance!

I have lived in almost all provinces in Canada (BC, Saskatchewan, Alberta) and ServiceOntario is the worst services I got.First and foremost, your staff's blatant refusal to be flexible and accommodating is utterly astounding. It seems that they have an unwritten rule to make the lives of customers as difficult as possible. Instead of understanding unique situations and finding reasonable solutions, they rigidly adhere to an arbitrary set of rules, without any consideration for the well-being and convenience of the individuals they are meant to serve.The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy displayed by your employees is truly disheartening. I have encountered rude and unhelpful individuals who seem to take pleasure in making simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. Their dismissive attitudes and disinterested demeanor leave customers feeling devalued and disrespected.Furthermore, the inefficiency and disorganization within ServiceOntario are astonishing. Long wait times, disorganized queues, and inefficient processes are the norm rather than the exception. It is mind-boggling that a supposedly essential government service cannot manage to streamline its operations and provide a smooth and seamless experience for its patrons. It is so weird that while other provinces are doing all these tasks online, they are doing lots of useless and burdensome paper works!The level of apathy and indifference demonstrated by your organization is both shocking and disappointing. As a customer, I expect a minimum level of competence and respect, which, regrettably, ServiceOntario fails to deliver on every front.

The representative helping us was wonderful, she was in booth 15, sadly we did not catch her name. She helped us fix some errors in our documents and made sure we were able to get what we needed to get done the same day, so helpful. We did have to wait for 5 hours before our chance finally came even though we arrived early morning so that is why its a 4 and not a 5 star.

Every staff I saw at this location was kind, patient and understanding even when I was missing information I needed.I am so grateful for the service and think the staff deserve to be appreciated.I booked an appointment online and I even came a few minutes late, yet I was seen in and out within 30 minutes because it was such an excellent service.Thank you to the staff here!
