Corey has been my pool guy for 3 seasons now and always does a great job. I have an older pool and there have been some real challenges with keeping things up to date and running smoothly but he always finds the part and sorts it out. I'll be continuing to use Lux pools in the years to come.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!Been with Lux for 2 years now and highly recommend. They are thorough, caring, quick and communicative. They're clearly committed to their clients and have made enjoying our backyard so much easier in those not long enough Canadian summers!

Very unprofessional work and bad attitude.All they care about is money and will leave something unattended intentionally in your pool, so they can come back and charge you more. Thats the reason why their price is much lower than competitors.I suggest paying 20$ more for a service call of a well stablished company, instead of having to call them multiple times. They charge 88$ for a 10 min hit and run visit. They did not clean my pool entirely as part of a regular maintenance service and did not want to discuss with me why!

Best choice for pool service. Warm and caring customer service and they have always been on time and attentive to all our pool needs. Happy customer for the past few years now. After having a few unsatisfying experiences with other companies I’m so glad to find someone that I can continually rely on. Have been recommending to my friends and family.
