Shoe Doctor Quality Shoe Repair
This place does miracles. The lady fixed the zipper of my armoured motorcycle jacket a few years ago and it's still strong. Now she also fixed my motorcycle boots. The leather is very thick and stiff and yet, she changed both zippers perfectly. I totally recommend her, she does a great job and she is fast.

The lady working here/owner, are unbelievably rude! And extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you ask a simple question, they literally sigh and stare at you before giving a smart reply back. Only reason I bit my tongue is because of her age.

Excellent service. Lady there (Jane) was extremely nice and fixed my LV shoe in 10 minutes. It was a expensive shoe i was quite nervous but she has done an amazing job!Highly recommended!Thanks again for your great service.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! I told the lady that I will pick up the shoes at 5:30 pm on Thursday ( she closes at 6) and she closed before 5:30. No sign no notice, not even a courtesy call to arrange anything. I left two pairs of shoes to be repaired that I needed to take with me for my trip. I am flying out at 7 am the next morning and now I have no shoes to take with me. This store is not to be trusted with anything. Such horrible customer service.

Gene was very patient, respectful and satisfied my needs. Without knowing much about shoe repair, Gene educated me in the process for cleaning, buffing and stitching my dress shoes. My old dusty dress shoes I bought back in 2015 are as good as new! Im glad I came to the Shoe Doctor!
