I was in trouble one day. My 1987 RV had coolant pouring out of the bottom. Being from out of town, i had NO idea where to go to get it fixed. I asked the tow truck driver where was reasonable and somewhere that wouldn't make up problems for them to fix to boost the price. When i showed up, Sam, the owner, said that he could get me in that day. Point in Sam's favor. He then got my rig in sooner than he quoted, and had the initial problem diagnosed. He then came to me and asked, Have you noticed that you're not getting the power you should?" Why

took my 2014 f-150 in to get fixed for trailing issues when ever I hooked up trailer I didn't have any trailer lights or brakes. if you moved the plug enough you would get a little connection not much tho, they told me trailer wiring harness was shot, they replaced the harness" now I go to hook up to trailer I got no lights again on trailer after further investigation it turns out they didn't do there job it wasn't the wires at all its the actual plug on truck all corroded not giving a good connection. when I called and told them they were very rude on phone and didn't care one bit didn't try to make things right after I payed for a part I didn't need. didn't ever care when I said I will no longer take truck there his response was "ok cool" highly recommend not supporting that business at all"

i went to hit the highway home to regina in my jeep and got the death wobble. i called and they fit me in within an hour after seeing 2 mechanics already with anxiety (might be luck but im sure they juggled things) and gave me an est of 45 mins to diagnose and a quote. i felt anxious about driving my car on the highway even after its fixed but they road test on the highway too. the quote was a reasonable price especially for the lengths they went to and to call CAA and tow wouldve cost the same ANYWAY and itll be done tomorrow or the day after. you can tell the staff are wonderful ppl and/or the management is fabulous. Great experience considering i wad already managing the stress of the urgency of what was happening. cheers you folks rock, for anyone who doesnt like being a cash cow to dealerships this is the way to go.

My husband and I were driving from ontario to Alberta when we ran into some car trouble around moosejaw.They were so friendly, and so helpful. Looked at our SUV right away and we were back on the road again same day.
