I would like to say thank you very much to Dr. Neena D'Souza and her wonderful staff. I had very intricate, complicated services and treatment done, and Dr. D'Souza and her staff were always kind, caring, compassionate, and understanding. I was provided with the best service, and treated with the utmost respect at all times, and the patience and level of professionalism shown by Dr. D'Souza and all her staff was beyond amazing. I am extremely happy with the end result, and would like once again to say thank you very much for putting up with all my extra special needs, the numerous xray retakes it took to get one good xray, the countless appointment changes and the million little things done to meet my every need.

Highly recommend the services of Dr. Bhide. I have been under his care for a couple of years. Both, Dr Bhide and his assistant Nina Dallo are excellent professionals. Dr Bhide completed two dental surgeries with excellent results. I am extremely pleased. Nina, with a caring approach, shared important advice based on her experience and seamlessly assisted Dr Bhide during the surgeries. As a patient you are treated with respect. What I truly appreciate is that all my questions were answered, procedures were explained. A huge thank you!

Five stars says it all, really. Dr. D'Souza is amazing. She has done four implants for me over the past few years and I have had no issues or problems. From consultation through to follow-up visits, Dr. D'Souza ensures your visit is as stress free as possible and an over-all satisfactory experience. She honours her fee quote (lab charges are out of her control, but have not yet varied from the quote presented to me) which is provided in writing. This is a truly welcoming environment - the front desk personnel will greet you with a smile and Dr. D'Souza's dental assistant will treat you like family. I highly recommend Dr. D'Souza and her entire team.

Dr James Tonogai is very professional, explaining every part of the procedure and including a summary of the previous appointment during the next. He's very kind and good at his job. I'm very happy with the results of the procedure. Althea is also very kind, caring and professional. They both made the experience very easy and comfortable for me. The office staff and the environment was also welcoming and respectful. Thank you!

From the moment that I was seen for a traumatic dental injury to my final treatment I cannot say enough about the amazing care I was fortunate enough to receive at Mississauga Dental Specialists/ Harborn Dental.First and foremost, reception staff is quite often the first person(s) that we interact with so they are essentially the voice and face of your practice. You should be very proud of them all, so very professional, organized and most important kind and patient.Dr,. Olga Green and Lily....your patience, kindness and empathy was so needed when preparing for what would be my extensive care. Lily as always professional, comforting and reassuring, you are the best. Dr. Green , the most gentle and knowledgeable dentist ever, never a question she would not try to answer. Before she left this practice she made sure that everything was in order for me. I will miss her and wish her all the best in her new endeavor.Dr. Vinay Bhide, my periodontist preparing me for dental implants made the procedure so seamless. He is so very personable and approachable with a great sense of humor. He talked to me during my procedure explaining what he was doing throughout, very comforting. Almost no pain post procedure, so very good at what he does. His assistant Nina is so great. Along with her expertise and professionalism she calms and comforts making the procedure so less stressful.Dr . James Tonogai my prosthodontist. Once again such professionalism and kindness. Dr. Tonogai explained every step of my procedure with care and patience with each visit. Such attention to detail and my dental implants look amazing and I am so happy with the results! He also is so very good at what he does and I feel very fortunate to have been in his care. Sonia his assistant , so professional and caring and confident in her skills making sure I always felt at ease, thank you so much.You are all such a great team!!

From start to finish, Dr d’Souza and all of the staff were totally pleasant and professional, making a drawn out procedure almost a breeze.

Dr. D'Souza has provided me with treatment over the last four years for placement of two crowns on implants, a crown for a damaged front tooth, and veneers. Through each treatment plan, Dr. D'Souza skillfully, and with care and reassurance, produced a wonderful esthetic result. My crowns look and feel natural and along with the thorough orthodontic work by Dr. Deshpande, I have a more confident smile. Shout outs to all the staff who have assisted with my care and Amelia and Nina for every time you had to create a new mould of my teeth!Many thanks to all the front end staff for not only being kind and approachable, but for taking care of my countless questions and emails. Shout out to Kenesha for your utmost patience working through my claims with me!Great place to get long lasting, expert dental work done!

Writing this review under a pseudonym because the clinic has my personal information and I do not want to receive any contact from them.Dr. D'Souza is very pushy to get you to come back for check-ups and X-Rays even when my dentist said that my implants were okay. The office is very aggressive in wanting to book appointments with you, even when you say no. It feels like she only wants you to come back so she can make money.When I received my implant, I experienced discomfort and expressed this concern, however Dr. D'Souza implied that it was my fault for feeling pain and that I should get used to it". I did not feel heard in this situation

Visited to Dr. Bhide for him to fix my gum that was receding on my left front tooth. He provided the perfect suggestion of lasering the gums instead of gum crafting since it was minor and the different was only between the two front teeth. I am so grateful and I am I love with my smile again. My gums are all even and beautiful. Thank you!
