I am transitioning my cat to a raw food diet and came across this store online and I had such a positive experience going there for the first time. I believe it was the owner who helped me with how to start the transition and what products would be best. She was so friendly and her suggestions and insight were. wonderful. I live a distance away but I won't hesitate to return because of the amazing customer service. Also, the store has a great layout and selection.Bonus* Reddington, the gorgeous dog who greeted was such a delight as well.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dora in this absolutely lovely store and she is an equally as lovey owner! I was in her store having my dogs teeth cleaned with a company she brings in to clean dogs teeth with out all of the harmful effects of sedation Happy Hounds Teeth Cleaning.(I also highly recommend!!) I think its incredibly caring and thoughtful of Dora to offer this type of service to her clients in house! It is cosmetic but saves me a ton of money at the vet. Dora has the most fabulous selection and the set up is well organized and thought out. Her store is spotless!! And she has very friendly helpful staff. I will definitely be returing and highly recommend Dora's store!

The owner Dora is a dynamo she treats everyone like they are her fav customer. The atmosphere in the store is incredible friendly knowledgeable staff great quality food treats toys and every accessory a dog could ever need. Then there is Reddington the store mascot and treat taste tester.

So happy to have discovered this little gem with a boutique flavour in my neighborhood. My dog walks me here every day to get a treat from the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of everything I need to spoil my pup with.

Great store with healthy food options for your fur babies ( doggo and kitty only)

Owner of the shop completely turned us off of this place. My wife and I have spent quite a bit of money at Bone & Biscuit to start. So today there was a delivery truck for Bone & Biscuit and the driver parked up behind the customer parking spots (no big deal). My wife politely asked the driver if he could please move his truck back. The driver without hesitation said it was no problem and he started walking back towards his truck. Out of absolutely nowhere, the owner of this shop starts being really rude saying this is for customer parking only" after my wife just purchased something at her store and from Freshi. She then continued to be disrespectful and stated "you're lucky he even moved" insinuating he shouldn't have. Her attitude is that of a level 10 Karen

Such a friendly store and a real pleasure to shop here. The owner is always so happy and helpful. And the staff are always engaged and eager to help you find whatever you need. Great selection of all different types of products. We go for the raw frozen beef bones. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but that’s par for the course at Westlake.

Super friendly staff, clean and well organized store. They specialize in all natural and raw foods diets. They also have tons of treats, toys, apparel and so on. Prices were not steep either. Got a good price on a memory foam bed for my dog.
