I had Arctica come by to service my furnace and fireplace. They were able to give me an appointment within the week I called and showed up when they said they would, offering a curtesy call when they were on their way. Daryl inspected and cleaned the furnace and fireplace and left everything clean and tidy - literally nothing to clean up after he was done which was great. After dealing with a couple other HVAC companies in town Arctica was by far the best to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had an Arctica technician at my house for 6 hours over two days and couldn’t get heat. Waited several days with no heat for them to send an invoice to the rental company. The rental company sent technicians from 3 hours away and I got heat in 20 minutes.

Arctica came and gave me an estimate to install a ductless heater. The installer told me the tubing would go above the dropped ceiling. When he actually installed it, it was visible across the wall, as seen in photo. He told me I could have my, contractor build a bulkhead" or put "a piece of pine over it" and after all
