John Duncan is easily the best instructor I've had in my 20 years in the trade. I recently took the rigging crane and forklift courses. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of safety and makes sure his students understand the content he is teaching. The courses are up-to-date and very informative. John made the classes fun and interactive with everyone. I would highly recommend any person or company to choose this as their primary safety courses.Thanks alot John! Keep up the good work.

John Duncan,(MSHA instructor) is an amazing instructor he is clear and concise, but also has the ability to provide a detailed explanation when necessary. He always make sure we understood the content before move to another topic.I fully recommended him as an instructor!

For the past 5 years I have gone to MHSA for multiple safety training courses to help achieve COR recognition for our company. The training staff and courses provided are top notch. MHSA staff also go out of their way to be a resource for you should any questions arise in your day to day duties. Help is just a email and phone call away.

I was just at a course at MHSA today, it was a great class with a fantastic Course facilitator. J Duncan is a very knowledgeable teacher and makes the day enjoyable as well as interactive approach to getting the necessary content across. Can't wait for my next course.

Some of the best in class training I have ever attended. My instructor Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and very experienced! She taught an engaging class and created an atmosphere of team work between us students!I will be recommending MHSA classes to all my managers and co-workers and will definitely be going back for any more courses that I require in the future.

I’ve taken a lot of courses over the years and found myself dreading it even a year in advance of renewing my tickets. Sitting in a classroom trying to focus and stay awake and figure out the trick questions on the exam was like my worst nightmare.Every course I’ve taken at MHSA has been the complete opposite experience. They set you up for success and make it enjoyable.My most recent course was Basic Rigging and Overhead Crane Operator with John Duncan. He’s experienced, personable and always entertaining. Before you know it the class is over and you leave feeling like you are knowledgeable in the subject and actually enjoyed sitting in a classroom for the day.My calls and emails with questions ranging from contractor certification requirements to my own path towards MSO have always been answered promptly. I appreciate you all!I highly recommend giving them a call for all your questions and training needs!

The MHSA has offered amazing courses and the trainers are awesome. They allow you to reach out and ask on going questions and are very encouraging about developing safety and continuing training. I have taken several courses and I’m booked for several more. Definitely worth it. Course materials are kept and the offer other things such as posters and signs to distribute. Instructor Mr John Duncan was an excellent instructor and well knowledgeable , He has great sense of humour as well, He gave us adequate instruction through the course to make our everyday’s work life safely. The facility was well maintained and classrooms are very clean, Regular and Decaffe Coffee’s are free for students., overall had a great experience and looking forward to do my next course. Thank you.
