Went a couple weeks ago on a busy day with a friend to shop for bathing suits. The girls who helped us, Layla and Roxanne, were amazingly helpful, it was like having a whole team to support us! They gave good suggestions, really listened to what I wanted and was looking for, and where up front about what looked good and what didn’t. It was the most confident I have felt buying swimwear in a long time, and I will definitely be going back again!

Me and my sister went there for shopping but there was a lady who kept asking us that is everything okay? again and again while me and my sister were in the dressing rooms. She asked us like 20 times. Also she kept asking that the things we are not buying, to give her back while we were still trying the stuff in the dressing rooms. It made us feel so uncomfortable because nobody ask for stuff to give back until we finish trying it. It was one of the worst shopping experience we ever had. There is no mean to ask for assistance if you can’t make the customers feel comfortable.

Second time shopping in this branch, after I finished picking up the things that I wanted, one saleslady rudely asked for the items so « she can keep it in the counter ». Also almost all of the ladies that are working there followed me around which made me feel uncomfortable. Wont be shopping here again.

Items are always unavailable in smaller sizes. A waste of time shopping there when you only carry each item in 2 sizes and they're always random.EDIT: ORDER MORE INVENTORY THEN??? that's such a stupid reply to a consistent issue with size availability in your stores. If you're going to be passive aggressive in your customer service, expect the same from your customers.

Wonderful experience. I’m not even exaggerating-I had a horrible time at a department store earlier and coming to this la vie en rose really made my day better. And i even found what I was looking for. If you’re looking for friendly, helpful customer service, ask for Mary.
