I received the prettiest roses for Valentine’s Day from my hubby and they were so gorgeous ! The deliver gentleman was kind and these totally brightened my day ! Beautiful long stems and so fresh !

Two weeks ago today my guy had flowers delivered to my work from here, beautiful! I gave them a trim at week 1 and this week tossed a few away, gave a trim and I still have a bouquet!!! (although smaller). Definitely recommend ~

Ordered an arrangement over the phone for a sick friend to be delivered asked for something that would last awhile as my friend is sick I mentioned a orchid from there website . Said for the arrangement to cost about 60 dollars. It was a local delivery. She got it yesterday I asked her to send me a picture and there was maybe 7 flowers in the 2 dollar vase it looked cheap and done by 4 year old. With the delivery it cost 89.55 not at all what I would have sent and of coarse there was no orchid. Very unhappy will not recommend to anyone

I was totally stressed out with Enterprise flower studio (Kelowna, BC) as they forgot to send my funeral flower to the cemetery. Our loved one passed away and was buried on Nov 29/21 and the flower arrangements did not show up. When I attended to speak with the employee who took my order she indicated that she forgot to print the draft and leave it for the week end staff to make up the flower. Really? Is this the type of flower shop a customer really wants to order their interment flowers from or any flowers knowing that they forget to deliver an order for a customer on an already stressful day. This was totally unacceptable. The worse part was that I came away thinking that there was nothing I could do to fix this issue and the employee did not seem to genuinely care about this unacceptable mistake. The owner also did not have the decency to phone and apologize or even send out a sorry note or flowers or anything. It just showed that this owner and her employee lacked any sympathy or remorse for their actions. They figure oh well, no big deal as we have other customers. I suggest to other customers that they should think twice before ordering from this flower shop as they could be the next customer that this employee forgets to fulfill and deliver their owner. What if this happened to the employee who forgot to place the order. I bet she would have a different attitude. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I love this flower shop, their flowers last and the latest arrangement was absolutely stunning. The owner cares for her customers and go above and beyond ! Thank you Sharon

I ordered flowers with a special request for a Birthday present. They were happy to help and went out of their way to accommodate. Really friendly staff with amazing flower arrangements. Thanks again from Australia! The flowers were perfect!!!!!!
