The office was extremely helpful towards me receiving my extra attachments and allow my friends and families to receive free products as well!!Yes, perhaps your experience with your individual rep might have been distasteful, but that is not the representation of this amazing product. The Rainbow System is an INCREDIBLE product! The representative that came to my home to do the presentation was lovely and friendly. We got the gift and was presented the bigger one.This product is amazing, they showed me how much dirt was accumulated in my sofas and bed. My rash went away after using the product consistently on our furniture.They showed me the dust I was breathing. We decided to keep the rainbow because we didn’t want to breathe that!!!I’ve had nothing but good experiences when it comes to their staff in this office. They are all considerate and patient. They invited me to their main event it was so much fun and there was so much food. I even got $50 as a raffle prize.When they say welcome to the rainbow family it’s real because they make you feel like you’re at home.

Total pyramid scheme! $4000 for a dated vacuum…… The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. Kept constantly questioning us why we were returning the product (that they tricked our mom into buying) and then made a dumb comparison with the vacuum to a cellphone. UM WHAT?! I use my cellphone EVERYDAY. I work remotely so I’m always on my phone. I do not use a huge, UGLY, PLASTIC rainbow vacuum every single day. We have a Dyson vacuum and Dyson air purifier that looks better, priced better and works better. On top of that, the free gift they provide at the home demos was terrible. its an air “purifier” and It’s waaay too loud and bulky piece of plastic.. we ended up throwing it out.We do feel bad because the family friend that referred the salesman to us got their incentive points deducted because we returned the product, even though they were supposed to keep those points when they refer a “house demo” - which is screaming MULTILEVEL MARKETING SCHEME

Just wanted to say thank you guys for your help. Got mine a couple years ago and they were so patient and kind with all my little ones running around. Helped so much because the air quality was horrible in the building to the point i was getting headches but since i got mine, it cleared up the smell of the smoke from other apartments and whatever else was floating around hehe. thanks guys for the service and all the extra gifts I was able to get. thank you so much. i love using it and my kids love using it too.

The unit was not easily located. Becoming their sales person was a scam. The system is using individuals with token returns. I will never recommend their business to my enemy. I vouched for them in the past but lost my integrity for nothing.

Such a great system and they really made it enjoyable to watch. It never gets put away in our house. So worth it for my kids who will also be able to use it when they get older. saw a 30 year old rainbow that was still working and wow! now im more excited!
