My husband and his Co worker went there for lunch and the staff was amazing he said.The subs were one of the best he's had in years.They both said they would be back and totally recommend going to this exact Mr Sub.

The three male team members had us in stitches tonight. My husband and I arrived early to meet our son for his birthday and the shenanigans continued while we waited! They were a fantastic team. The service was great. They brightened our day and it was so much appreciated in a time when good customer service is rare. They went above and beyond and sang happy birthday when I jokingly asked if they would as our son walked in. We will definitely go back !

The workers there was so awesome, but behind close doors, I heard that the manager likes to cut off peoples hours for his own satisfaction even when the employees told the manager what’s up; he’ll just shrug it off and take his anger onto his employees. I feel bad for Mr. Sub employees that got their hours cut like that. What disrespect from the manager to not listen to their employees.

best MrSub in the western hemisphere. Manager Del is kind, helpful, funny and provides phenomenal customer service. i cant recommend this place enough. love coming here

I have had a very good experience coming to Mr. Sub. They are very professional and know the way I like my sub. Shyian always makes my sub for me perfectly just the way I like it, even with all my requests. She works diligently and carefully. I always return for more! Thank you very much for making me a perfect sub for so long you guys are awesome! Also a special thank you to Shyian for being so extra kind and thoughtful each and every time I come in.

Mr Sub is the original sub sandwich restaurant in Thunder Bay. Local owner is friendly and typically seen making subs and interacting with customers. Staff are friendly and helpful. A good variety of fresh tasty subs. Bread is always fresh soft and their produce, like their tomatoes, are always nice. One of my favorites.

Amazing service, kids were distracting me forgot to get my extra pickles and the manager at the memorial store was amazing, fresh ingredients and bread, thank you so much, you made this momma really happy,update: skip the dishes forgot my pickles and the manager is literally bringing them to my house himself, seriously wanna kiss the kid but prob not a good idea lol
