In my opinion, this store might be going downhill, they used to have a bunch of workers who knew what they were doing, and who truly listened to their customers, in turn, it became my local go-to place for specialty-sized bras shortly after their opening.I gained weight recently and needed to be resized, however...The worker that was helping me did not know how to professionally size bras, despite their claims. They sized my bra too tight, to the point of spilling out of the cup everywhere, not being able to take in a full breath, but this worker proceeded to proclaim that it is sized to perfection!This worker's attempts at gaslighting me, to make a sale, were completely inappropriate! I have been professionally sized all over the country for 15 years, and I know when my bra is not fitting correctly.If anyone suffered like I have, to the point of tears, from having their discomfort denied through gaslighting manipulation, and then being pressured into buying bras that OBVIOUSLY do not fit, you are not alone. There are alternative options out there to buy specialty-sized bras from; online, and at other stores located in closer towns like nelson.

Terrible customer service. Tried to return a gift that didn't work out and was told there was a ten day return policy posted in the store as well as printed on the receipt. Neither turned out to be true and an exchange was allowed, but only after having to do a fitting to prove that the size wasn't correct. Was happy that a return was eventually allowed, but very dissatisfied with having to push for a return. Wasn't treated very well, once store credit is up won't be returning.

Such a beautiful boutique! Ladies are always so wonderful and super helpful❤️ very classy and definitely recommend this place!

I have never walked into a lingerie boutique that is as inclusive and welcoming as Undercover Secrets is. Carol, Elisha, and Shelby are all such beautiful people inside and out who have such huge hearts and are as supportive as their bras for all shapes and sizes!These ladies have helped and given back to our small community numerous times and have never asked for anything in return.I can not recommend UCS enough!

I stopped by to buy some nursing bras. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. You know how a woman feels like she can conquer the world after getting a great haircut? I think she feels the same way after buying a professionally fitted bra. Let me tell ya, I feel like a million bucks!

From maternity bras, to swim suits the selection here is amazing. Friendly staff who always makes sure you feel welcome and comfortable. I always recommend this store to everyone.

I hadn't bought an underwater bra for years before going to undercover secrets. I found them terribly uncomfortable. Turns out I was wearing trying to wear the wrong size. Shelby fitted me with the most comfortable bra I've had in my entire life (just by looking by the way, crazy). And it's not boring! I never have the feeling I need to take my bra off and release the girls" anymore. I often forget I'm wearing it! Except for the fact that they're sitting where they should!"

Carol and the staff at UCS make you feel good about spending your money locally. I’ve NEVER seen another small business donate and give back to the community as much as Carol has.Every time I have gone in, it been for a gift for others, and I always find what I hope to, or more. The prices are reflective of the quality, but the other amazing feature is the sheer amount of selection STOCKED in the store.I went in for an undergarment, and the original one I wanted to get wasn’t in my size. Carol came back with 3 completely different options for me to choose from,So I didn’t have to go elsewhere. I’ve never seen a local store stock this many options. You’ll ALWAYS have an option if you’re stuck.There’s something for every budget as well, I purchased my first bra from them, and I never treated myself as I always thought I couldn’t afford “fancy bras” Carol found one perfect for what I wanted, and I paid less for it than I had at other chain type lingere style, and it’s held up way beyond what I expected.I could go on forever about this gem and the amazing ladies who run it and work there. Truly the kindest souls.
