Nice experience . But need more workers.

Mr. Gurmail should get some training on how to treat customers, or just hire someone else who is professional and kind, I think a store like Walmart should be careful to hire the right person for customer service, I just left Walmart with a very bad experience with Mr.Gurmail, he is so mean and doesn't know how to treat customers, this location has serious issues with wrong prices, every time I inform the employees about that when I'm at the self service cashier, and they just waste my time and ask me to go make sure about the serial number and take photos for the price after discount, wasting my time and effort, this time I bought an Air fryer that is on Clearance, but again I got the price before discount at the cashier, I informed the employee so she said that we have to go check and make sure about the price,( like I was lying), I went back and took a photo then I showed her so she called Gurmail to fix the price, I asked him to give me extra 10$ discount and that is based on Walmart policy, which says if you scan the item and get a price that is higher than the price on shelve, (if the item's price is more than 10$ you get 10$ discount, if it's less you get it for free) and an employee from different branch of Walmart told me about this policy, so the way Mr.Gurmail talking was so rude and he said no I won't give you more discount, I told him what about Walmart policy that says that I should get a discount he said no the price is not wrong, how come!! The price on shelves 78.99$ and on screen is 134.97$!! yeah for 10$ he was so unprofessional and mean what about my time that you are wasting everytime speciallywhen I'm on a hurry and you keep let me waiting!!! Its not my fault it's yours, why should I always wait and go back to your shelves to take photos and prove that your prices are wrong then no compensation!! So what about Walmart policy!! The real Canadian superstore never did that, when you tell the employees that the price is wrong they understand and never make you feel that you are a liar..

Just average experience. Very long line ups to pay, especially on weekends and evenings. Can find good deals on grocery items but it depends. The clothing section is a disaster now, most clothes are not organized or categorized and there seems to be mostly the plus-sizes available. Spotted a handful of items out of place/ need to be re-shelved.

People are super excited right now they cannot pay bills and take good care of family. Thank you for bringing happiness to the home with your great help on trading, reach out and thank me later..Sir Justin Marshall

I have been driving around the city looking for a particular bike for my son for his birthday tomorrow. I have been to Deerfoot, Sage Hill, Country Hills & back to Deerfoot because they said they had the bike but not built. I was willing to build it. When I went back Deerfoot manager said they had some that was received but still sitting on the truck. I explained it's my son's 8th birthday and that is all he wants is this blue bike. The manager apologized & said that they cant bring it in yet as they arw still offloading another truck.She said Marlborough Walmart had 7. So off I went again in hopes in finding this bike. I asked a lady at the back of the store if they had 1 in the back & I was willing to build it. She said they didn't. I was about to cry! I have literally been driving all over the city for this bike that everyone says they have but don't have. She went to the back & spoke with a manager named Gary. He is the Fresh Assistant Manager. I don't think he is even in this department. He heard my story and said he will check in the back again for me since it said they have 7. Just none on the floor. I've looked! I literally have blisters on my feet from running around trying to find this bike. Well Gary my lifesaver comes strolling out with a built blue BMX bike that I have been looking for all day!! He even brought it out & pumped up the tires for me. Gary you are a God send & my son will be super happy tomorrow!

Worst experience ever. No curtesy from the associates and poor response from the customer service manager. During care we didn’t find several items. We approached one associate from the customer experience but could not reply properly. No greetings from the staff and greeter. Bad service. Never visit store again.

Pathetic customer service by the self checkout staff and the Team Lead ( Hain). I wish they had somebody monitoring their performance. On purpose they choose to be rude with selective people. Will surely write an emai as well to the higher ups.

Its a great pleasure to give 5 stars (although less) for a wonderful customer service by Githin. And ofcourse many thanks to the manager Ms. Geetika for her approval to exchange the product so in timely manner. Ms. Elizabeth was on duty to follow up the whole procedure. Thanks to her as well. Such a professional staff.

I am extremely disappointed with this Walmart location. Every time I visit, the items I am looking for are never in stock. I have asked staff members for assistance but they are often unhelpful and unable to provide any information on when the items will be restocked. The shelves are poorly organized and it's difficult to find what you're looking for even if it is in stock. The checkout process is also slow and frustrating, with long lines and a lack of open registers. Overall, a very frustrating and unproductive shopping experience. I will be avoiding this Walmart in the future and recommending others to do the same.
