Went in to get batteries changed in a couple of watches. The work was done on the spot while I waited.It is a new owner and it is a bit different than the former store, however, the service is on point.I have seen negative reviews on wait times. Do keep in mind that the Jeweller/Goldsmith is off site and will require a bit of patience. If you want it done quicker, find a jeweller that does on site work.I hope that they can find their groove and succeed, specially through these tough times.

Had to send away a watch I purchased from another dealer for repair and Rocco was happy to help. Very pleased with the friendly customer service. Decided to purchase a new watch to wear from Imagine while I wait for the other to be repaired.Looking forward to sitting down with him to look at some rings I’d like to buy for a gift. Easy 5 stars.

This store is absolutely amazing, from the huge variety of items from jewelry to home decor to these amazing smelling bath bombs now in store for only $7 each. Where else can you get a great deal like that. Also the owner Tanya is truly a wonderful person always available to help find the exact item your looking for. Will definitely be back in soon, would highly recommend

This place feels so comforting to be in. It has so many cool pieces of jewelry, but also manifest crystals, sage bundles, and I could go on. I highly recommend checking it out this summer!
