Trim Tops Countertops

I emailed them to discuss getting an estimate for counters.Their professionalism is a joke.First of all, Trim never replied directly to me. Their reply emails were sent to what I’m assuming is another client. She in turn replied all to include me and told them of their error each time and asked them to reply directly to me, they did not but made this error every time (my initial inquiry and my own replies never included this other client, I have no idea why they kept contacting her).In the replies to me they provided a quote for the wrong footage and mentioned an island (which I don’t have) and a need to raise my counters to clear drawers, which I’m not certain they could comment on as I never sent a height measurement or a picture of my drawers.I never did receive a reply after my last email, I suppose it could have been sent to a wrong client again and they other client got tired of forwarding emails.

We picked out a counter top with them and asked for a quote. Each time I called to follow up they had no idea what I was talking about and would take my information again with promises of contacting me soon to send someone out to take measurements. Never did hear anything. After a month we ended up going somewhere else.

I was really happy with my countertops from Trim Tops. We were on a tight timeline and all of their workers were incredibly helpful, did quality work and helped us meet our deadlines. I have to say it wasn't an easy job either as the wall was slightly angled in one spot, but they managed to cut the counter accordingly to make it look seamless and we've had so many compliments since installation. Thank you!
