I have known Bruno for many years and when i was looking for car insurance to cover me fully while i did Uber eats i decided to reach out to Bruno becsuse my insurance didnt have a plan to cover me. I've been dealing with BIG for about 2 years. Bruno is a nice person, but the process at BIG requires kind of back and forward of emails, there is not user friendly platform to change your own policy. I've decide to change other broker that I could get better prices and better response time. In addition to that, after cancel a policy that I use to have though BIG, Bruno asked me to pay something that I supposed to NOT pay. I didn't pay and at the end I even got a refund cheque from the insurance company.

As a newcomer to Canada, it is really difficult to move without a car. I thought my driver's license would make my insurance premium expensive. Bruno has been helping me with my insurance needs for a few years. He never disappoints. Alway give honest and professional advices. He responds even in a Friday night. I couldn’t be happier with his services. My auto insurance was not easy due to 3 tickets but Bruno managed to get me the most affordable insurance. My tickets will finally fall off this year but I would happily continue to use Bruno for my automobile and motorcycle insurance for sure. Highly recommend!
