Hubby got me a ring for our 25th Anniversary. It is absolutely stunning. He ordered it on Monday hoping to have it for our Anniversary on Tuesday. They said they would try their best but at most it would be 2 weeks. He got a call Wednesday and it was done. Talk about fast. Couldn't be happier. Not the first time we have been there and definitely not the last.

I picked this smaller shop to have a ring looked at that my husband surprised me with in Jamaica. It had a rough edge that I wanted fixed. The girl at the counter was very pleasant in helping me but the woman whom I am assuming was doing the work was very abrubt and insulting, basically saying that is what I get for buying offshore jewellry. I may have very well been a repeat customer there, but I will not step foot in that store again due to her attitude.

Took a bulova watch in to replace battery and replace crysyal. Got it back and they couldnt fix the crystal but never even replaced the battery. Not impressed because i had to wait as it is fixed out of house. Waste of time.
