Very comfy place to spent some good time and have really good MacDonald items. The staff on duty was so good, as we were foreigners they helped us so much. It was a great time which we spent there.

The service was with a smile the music was calm to dine with, and who doesn't like McDonald's. The big M has been around for awhile and I'm so glad about that. Great for kids, parents, and grandparents to get together.

Fries were not great, tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Ladies washroom stall had no toilet paper and when I told them about it they looked like they didn't understand and no one mae a move to fix the situation.

Two items were not ready. I waited ten minutes for fresh apple pie, only to find my muffin was missing. When I asked for the apple and cinnamon muffin I ordered, I was told it was not available and only Blueberry muffin was available. Since I still had many hours of driving ahead, I could not wait for a refund, so I was stuck with my least favorite flavour of muffin!

Nothing too surprising. Tastes just like any other McDonald’s.Only thing holding them back is that items are consistently being missed/forgotten ever single time I order from here.

Overworked staff doing their absolutely best. Stop being cheap and pay better wages and hire more staff. Tables were all dirty and let's not even think about the very sticky floors. Staff were way overworked to deal with it. There's also nothing staff can do about no happy meal toys, zero, at this location. Stop paying poverty wages and people will work for you.

While ordering an employee was observed mixing fries with his bear hands ,disgustingWhen asked some fries were removed from stationAll areas of the restaurant were dirty obviously not cleaned for quite a whileNever eat there again

McDonald's in Port Hawkesbury: I must say Miss Elizabeth (@ the drive-thru) is the most pleasant person I've ever met!! Such a hard worker, so kind & friendly!! She sure makes the day/evening!! The staff are pretty cool!! Coffee is delicious!!
