In my experience Dr. Ooi is disorganized and will not listen to you. She is quick to prescribe medications for symptoms but does not care about the root issue. She was quite hurtful to me.

Incredibly disorganized clinic that makes zero effort to communicate the poor wait times. Whether you are a walk in or an appointment you will be waiting for absurdly long time frames. Make sure you leave your remainder of your day open because having a specific time booked for appointments means nothing.

WORST CLINIC IVE BEEN TOO. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not you’ll be waiting a minimum of 2 hours. And get this, you will be waiting longer than people who come in after you, or the walk ins, even if you have an appointment. When I walked up to the desk asking about how much longer, they asked if I was somebody else, making me wonder if they even had me in queue at all!!! Their time management is absolutely terrible. The doctors themselves are okay, but it doesn’t make up for anything. They over book them and don’t think about the patients time. Hence making us wait half a day. Make sure to not have plans anytime after your appointment if you make one! Pathetic in my eyes.

Extremely horrible experience here! Stay away from this clinic! Extremely disorganized, and some very RUDE receptionist! Insane! I came for a manatoux skin test which requires 2 appointments, after the shot I’m suppose to go back after 72 hours to see if my skin developed a bump (positive) or not. I came back for the second time and it was negative. I returned again after a week to get my result and the receptionist said THEY HAD NO RECORD OF ME THEIR SYSTEM? What do you mean? Mind you, I was there twice already! I stood there surprised and she looked at me with no solution. So what do we do because I got shot at your clinic and need the result. They made me wait and had attitudes. Unprofessional! They told me to come back because the doctor who gave me the shot was away.Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse. I continued to call them for an update my MEDICAL RECORD, but now they did not want to give it to me. They were saying I needed to get a second shot. I told them I only needed one (one shot and one neg result after 72hrs which I already did). This happened for about 3 WEEKS, where I was just asking for my result and they kept saying the same thing.I contacted my nurse to confirm and informed her what was going on and she confirmed that I only needed one neg result, I sent this clinic an emailed proof saying I only needed one and for which SCHOOL and PROVINCE (the reception asked me to email it to their Transcona email.) and I even had my nurse call them personally.Yet they still did not give me the record. The manager finally contacted me saying that in Saskatchewan, they require two shots and they did not know that it’s for a different province and that’s why they kept asking me to coming back for a second shot. But I sent an email indicating how many shot I need and for WHICH PROVINCE it was for PRIOR.Honestly, I don’t know what really happened why they couldn’t provide me with results. I spoke to so many different and same people throughout this process.Insane for just one skin test! They were holding my result which needed to be submitted! Even after I’ve provided them with the information and had my nurse call them and ask what going on!I was already hesitant going here when I saw all the 1 star reviews. My clinic referred me here because they didn’t have the manatoux skin test that I needed and thought it shouldn’t be a big deal, I’ll only be getting one shot and back again after 72hrs for a result. Extremely wrong.

Horrible to get through on the phone! staff is rude at the front desk.Had front desk walk in on me & Dr. , while i was getting a physical (without knocking.) I love my Dr. But I definitely hate having to come to this office.

They have some poor receptionist there. They are rude on the phone. And in person they are rude. Other than that the doctors are great.

The front is totally unorganized and not friendly! Waited for a call back about a broken hand, a week later no call. Figure it's no news is good news. Took the cast off and almost a month later we get a call and he needs to see him. They say we tried calling. No they did not! Not once! All call at the end of the month are me calling them! Not impressed and they either need more training or hire someone to get their stuff organized!!

Worse receptionist!!! I booked 1 week before my appointment taking a while on the phone cuz she asked too many question and can't even get my full name properly i spell to her still didn't get it then asked my health card # all good. I called 3 days before my appointment to make it sure I'm on the list then said ok. Then on my appointment day boom! I'm not on the list seriously Wth!!waste of time. Reschedule

I am a high school Senior student, and I had been waiting here from 11-1 to get into an appointment. When i got here they said my appointment was for next week, even though i had just called in yesterday. Now I have been late to my class, and I am overall really irritated. The receptionists are awfully rude to people, and the only good thing about this place is the doctors themselves. I should not be waiting 2 hours just to have them check my ear and leave. Absolutely ridiculous.

Only giving 1 star for the doc I saw he was amazing! But reception will treat you like an illiterate person. Management needs to take a look at this. I have worked at a clinic as a receptionist and it doesn’t take anything but to be nice on the phone.
