Bernie is a great person. Definitely recommend. Great prices for kayaks. He can deliver kayaks to any lake. Freshwater lake is great for new kayakers.

Our plan was to go on a kayak tour. Unfortunately that wasn't possible because of the bad weather. But Bernie came up with a great alternative. We went on a spontaneous Jeep tour with Ryan and his lovely girlfriend Jenelle. We spent a fabulous day together. Ryan showed us his favourite spots on Cape Breton - real hidden gems we would never have found on our own! It was a great mixture of lookouts, waterfalls and hiking. All adapted to the weather conditions and our preferences. Ryan even made a little video of the day which he sent us afterwards. All in all, a really unique experience. THANK YOU!

I would highly recommend Bernie and his crew. He went above and beyond in rescuing us from a beach landing where the waves had become too high to try to get the kayaks back into the water. He even offered to refund us given that he did not have a guide available that day. Very friendly and accommodating. We had a great day despite our little adventure"."

Bernie is a solid guy with a unique business model by bringing the kayaks to you!You can go to any lake or shore that you want and he’ll deliver the water craft to you with his two gorgeous dogs.Two hours was more than enough on the little lake we went to, but depending on the part of the island you’re at, you may want more time.
