I have used Bobcat of Peterborough services in the past and have always appreciated their help when we needed our equipment serviced. Today I had an issue with our machine that shut it down. Ryan came to the rescue, told me he would check on part availability and get back to me. Within 20 minutes Ryan texted me and had his service guy heading my way. From the phone call to the repair was less than 2 hours! Very impressive!

GET IT IN WRITING!My late model Bobcat Skid Steer wouldn’t start so I gave the NEW Bobcat Peterborough a try.Of course it started right up for them… Murphy’s law!They checked it out, spoke to Jeff (owner) on the phone and he said its most likely a battery and cable issue.I asked how much to fix?He said approx $350, I approved.A few days later I get a call from Ryan – its fixed and ready to pick up; Over $1200!!!No call or heads up that costs are going to triple.For two battery cables and a battery plus a bunch of small parts I didn’t need or ask for! Including 2 “washers” that cost $40…After a few heated words, Ryan dropped a $100 offI told him he could keep his $400 battery.So I’ve pad $783.46 to replace 2 battery cables….

Purchased one of Bobcat's new compact tractors along with some attachments from Ryan at Bobcat of Peterborough. Of course there were some delays because of supply-chain issues brought about by the pandemic but he was responsive and communicative and did everything he could to get me my equipment. Pricing and financing arrangements were good and he spent 3.5 hours in his shop with me teaching me what I need to know to use the equipment properly and safely. Delivered it personally too. A pleasure to deal with and I'll be back for new things as I need them.

Worst people ever dealt with. The owner is the problem. Had to take a new skid steer to Scarborough to be fixed because they are incompetent in their technical skills. The process has been painful. 300+ hours and extended warranty. 5 Bobcats
