My guys were out of buns for sandwiches, and out of chicken. Ended up ordering a 12 grain bagel with cream cheese. Waited for like 5 minutes for it and got this cinnamon raisin bagel with butter instead. Very disappointing

Do NOT come here, it takes 30 minutes to get your food if you go through the drive thru (when there’s 3 cars), 25 if you go in (and there’s 2 people inside). My bagel was so burnt I couldn’t eat it and I had to go in to get another, only for the second one to ALSO be charred and barely edible. When I asked for a replacement the girl making bagels rolled her eyes at me. Don’t pay for the cream cheese either, it’s like they scraped it off with a knife. Its not worth the extra dollar and I feel scammed. Never coming here again, cant believe the rude staff and awful food.

Sitting here for over an hour, had to hotspot my phone to my laptop cause the wifi here SUCKS. Says I'm connected yet no internet access , staff have too much time on their hands, lots of chatter very little workers ...I wish I knew the wifi here sucked before I dumped 11 bucks

Food and service was alright. But the washrooms are dirty and have no hand wash in them. I wonder how staff wash their hands after using the restroom cuz there's no hand soap in the dispensers. Disgusting

Very dirty inside. The workers were throwing trash in an over flowing bin and was rolling off onto the floor. There was discarded food such as tortillas littered the kitchen. In the seating area trash cans were overflowing. I mentioned this to 2 employees and they just blew me off and walked on the trash and over it like it didn’t exist. Not much of a line. I ordered 4 extra large coffees and took 10 minutes for them to use the cash register. Not sure if corporate sees this but manager and supervisor needs to be written up or have a surprise inspection. Definitely wouldn’t pass health and safety.

I pulled in to this Tim Hortons and saw garbage over filled and all over the parking lot and looked to another side and garbage all over the ground went through the drive through and asked the manager is anyone going to clean up all the garbage he had bad attitude with me and said we are short handed well it would only take 15 minutes to clean but nope that was really sad he could have taken the time to clean it to make it look nice out front not full of garbage out front of the store very LAZY workers. Will not be back

I was not impressed with the tomato and lettuce on the BLT as well as not much bacon. I asked for it to be toasted and it was barely toasted I had a 1/3 of it and passed it to my husband. I will not eat what I do not like. Thank goodness for my husband.
