Horrible customer service. I came in for a stone chip repair on a leased vehicle needing to be returned to the dealer within a couple weeks. I was unhappy with the result and called back over the phone the same day. The woman on the phone told me if the dealership didn't accept the repair job I would get a full refund. When I turned in my vehicle they didn't accept the repair and I had to pay extra when I turned in my vehicle. When I went back to glass Doctors to get my refund they denied that they said I could get a full refund when I went back after turning in my vehicle. The man insisted that the money would go towards replacing the windshield instead; however, this is not what I was originally told on the phone when I first had the work done a couple weeks ago.**In addition- on the phone when I spoke to the woman a couple weeks ago she said I could get a refund. She never said anything about a credit towards replacing the windshield.

Terrible communication makes for bad customer service. Called glass doctor for a quote for an old storm window, and they gave me a quote right away. I received a timeline from another business but no $$ quote. They said it would take 3-5 days, and I then called glass doctor and he said by the end of next week. I mentioned another business said 3-5 days and he said something I thought was very honest. So, I decided to use his service ask if they could pick up my frame. They picked it up Thursday and did not give me a receipt or an estimate as to when it would be ready. I called Friday and asked if they knew the actual cost and timeframe the woman said that her husband was on a job out of town and he would call me back later that evening. So I waited. Monday came around and I did not hear from them. I again called and asked for the actual price, for the actual timeframe if everything was going well she said he was on a job and would call back. He did not call back to tell me what to expect, I emailed him directly asking if everything was working out if they knew the timeline for the job and the price? And no response. Today Tuesday they dropped off my frame without calling me to tell me they were on their way over and without the work being done and said it would've been Thursday because they needed to order from Toronto. That I should just call around for other people. It's so frustrating because I had lined up another company on Thursday, and it would have been completed today or tomorrow yet I chose to go with glass doctor because i thought it was a small business and he was honest. Unfortunately they have terrible customer service and communication skills in running a business. I recommend not using them, until they hire proper adminstrative staff. As they both do not seem to be business minded. They need support staff.

I truly regret contacting this company because the work they have done is absolutely horrible (I have pictures). To whoever reading this, please do not use them even if they are cheaper. They will lie and break things and will try to cover it up. In the long run, you will be paying more for the shoddy work and damages.I contacted them to replace a store glass window. And I noticed a smear of black sealant in one corner. I was later told by my employee that the corner of the window was cracked and there were glass shards. There were also huge cracks all around the window frame.The next day, I called about the black smeared sealant in the corner, and they kept saying about other how there was glue or that they had to put extra sealant etc. They eventually agreed to come by and take a look at some of the concerns I expressed.When they showed up, I again pointed about the huge cracks around the frame and the black smear in the corner. He again talked about extra sealant or something and then I brought him inside to show that there were glass shards and cracked glass in the window. Only after I showed him the broken corner, he admitted he knew that it was broken and that he had tried to cover it up.He tried to say that it wasn’t his fault that there was so much glue or whatever. But the problem is I had the glass window that was right beside replaced few years ago by a different company and you couldn’t even tell that it was replaced.He eventually tried to say that he will give me lifetime warranty but at this point, I couldn’t trust him anymore because he tried to cover up his mistake despite numerous attempt to get him to tell me the truth.Overall, this business owner is extremely incompetent and will try to cover up his tracks when he makes a mistake.

Garbage job on old window frame......they consider this an ok paste job for one window repair to charge you 350 for....Bad workers and no quality control. It wasn't just this spot.....a lot of the repaired frame was like this.... Do not let them touch any old window frame in your home. Make sure to post pictures of the bad job these losers do......it is a scam company.

Excellent service and price. Ahmed and his assistant were true craftsmen the high end shower doors are better than I imagined. Can't say enough about the prompt service and friendliness. Highly recommended.Don Peter

Glass Doctor London was awesome! Fixed 2 windows within 2 days of my initial call for a reasonable price in a very timely manner! Highly highly recommend!

Worst experience ever, Price was right but now I know why. Installed a glass shower for me and after having my first shower it was leaking through the glass under the toilet into the basement. After this I noticed they did not install multiple pieces that were needed for installation that they took with them and discarded. They took my money and ran. Would not return any calls back to me. Absolutely pitiful!!

I needed the driver's window replaced in my car. After Google search and calling numerous window repair shops I chose to go with Glass Doctor in London. The owner understood our rush with weather and no drive's window, he had more than one person work on it. He was half the price of other quotes. The service and pricing was amazing.

After having an appointment with Speedy Auto glass more the n a week in advance, I arrived at my appointment only to be told there was no way they could repair my windshield because they were way to busy and understaffed. No phone call to let us know earlier in the day or anything. Called Glass Doctor and they came out and repaired it within the hour so my afternoon was not wasted!
