Sue-Ellen is AMAZING!! I highly recommend her for any events you want to hold. Her attention to detail, making visions come to life, work ethic, kindness, services are just extraordinary. I'm so grateful to have had Sue-Ellen put our wedding together. We were very specific with what we wanted and she made it all happen. To give you an example, we have a Sikh Wedding and we wanted a fusion of a garden theme plus lab themed wedding (my spouse and I are scientists) so Sue Ellen took this challenge on and my guests are still talking about the wedding :). Sue Ellen is the most incredible wedding planner out there, hands down!!We originally hired her in late 2019 and finally celebrated our wedding just a few weeks ago so she was with us through this whole pandemic, through thick and thin, making the process of postponing twice (so our family members from abroad could be present) as smooth as possible!Sue is not only incredibly talented and kind, she is extremely professional and knowledgeable!She always (always!!) responds to messages/emails promptly, from the first inquiry onwards! Even during wedding season!She is extremely organized, which was so important and helpful to us as my husband and I have very hectic jobs and schedules.We needed someone who would make the wedding planning process easy and Sue absolutely nailed it!! She took care of everything, she made spreadsheets and lists that were easy to update and follow both on her end and on ours.When there were things we needed to do she would gently nudge us and made sure they were done on time, we never needed to run after her or vendors for anything or worry about anything!Another really wonderful thing that we greatly appreciated was how present she was, she always made herself available for a call or videoconference when/if things came up (like postponing, or just if we had questions) and never made us feel like our questions or calls were a burden or an imposition, we felt very taken care of!She really makes sure she devoted the time necessary to your wedding and made us feel like her only clients!For our wedding design, Sue understood our vision exactly and made sure to guide the vendors on how to execute it!On the day of, she made sure everything ran smoothly! Our wedding was on a sunday which we later learned complicated things as the venue only allowed us in on the morning of meaning Sue was there at 5 in the morning to ensure everything would be ready on time for our reception later!Once we went into our reception space we were literally speechless! All the elements we had discussed and planned out were there before us, perfectly executed by Sue and her team!! It was a moment of pure joy we will never forget!There are so many other moments whereSue went above and beyond, I could go and on and on but for the sake of not taking up the whole google page I will summarize it with this: Sue is so kind, dedicated, professional, organized, and generous with her time, there were so many times when my husband and I looked at each other and went ‘thank goodness for Sue’ during this process!Run do not walk to hire her!!! Sue-Ellen planned many important events for us. From my classy rustic 30th birthday party, to my elegant engagement, to my Amalfi Coast themed bridal shower, to of course, my magnificent Italian floral garden wedding. I wouldn't trust anyone else to plan our events. Her professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail make it a truly wonderful experience to work with her and her team. She is creative, hyper punctual and goes out of her way to create the event of your dreams. Sue has been more than what I wanted from a wedding planner. She has such incredible vision; Her professionalism, capabilities, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are unmatched. But that isn't what made Sue special to us.Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding due to family issues, and Sue approached it all with so much patience, kindness, and love. She even rejected another potential client to give us more time!! She has gone above and beyond for us, and has been beyond understanding. TLDR: Sue Ellen was our wedding planner this year. If you are looking for a planner, stop now, she is the ONE! You will not regret choosing her, I would give 100 stars if I could.We had a decently large event (around 105 people) in a tricky space this summer. First off, Sue got to know us in order to understand our vision for the wedding. Then she was able to guide us through the process of going from a rough idea to the dream wedding we didn’t even know we were capable of dreaming of! We are still calling it a miracle wedding.Sue’s passion is in bringing your vision to life. As a bonus, she is unbelievably organized (seriously she is a logistics boss) and will go to battle for you with the vendors over even the smallest issues. During our planning period all we needed to do was meet with Sue a few times and she made all of the calls to vendors and handled all of the logistics when it came to the timing. I can’t stress how helpful this is. The hardest part of planning your wedding is making sure you book all of the vendors before it is too late (especially after COVID). Sue had a detailed calendar for us for every part of the planning, from picking the venue to getting the suits for the groomsmen and everything in between. Even better she always followed up with us (we are very busy with work) gently nudging us when time came to check the next box. This would have been a full time job for us and Sue was able to do this with ease. On top of that, we felt like she was working solely for us. At one point I felt bad for asking her questions because I knew it would mean her immediately picking up the phone and sorting it out asap as she did so many times for us.As a bonus, Sue has great relationships with the vendors and venues so that you can be sure her reputation will carry weight and you won’t have to worry about getting ripped off.We will forever be grateful to Sue and her team for helping us achieve this dream. If you are planning a large wedding take her most expensive package and it will be extremely easy to build your dream wedding (you will realize you got such a bargain at the end).
