Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It doesn't matter what problem you have the Charman's crew will find you the right tools and the right equipment to fix things. If they don't have what your after you can order it in. Check out the souvenir shop, lots of cute little gift ideas. Amazing store

Excellent service, the staff are more than willing to help you with your projects and if you do have to spend money you feel really good working with the staff! I have gone to this particular hardware store as I appreciate the effort they make and getting what I need. One of the most prettiest healthful stores I've ever visited, it just must be the small town experience
