printing services are poor service. for the future customer who wants to print out the document at Bureau en Gros, ensure to tell them about what you want such as the type of paper, whether is it black and white or colour and recto verso even if your document is coloured and you want only black&white, tell them or else you will pay like massive cost price just same price of the printer equipment. Employees, don't give you an option or offer a kind of service printing type for that, they just wait because they want your money.

Ordered a poster print for same day pick up. Unfortunately, the day was too busy for them to produce it before closure. Poster was ready the next morning and i got back the money paid for express shipping. Really good experience, would recommend any day. Just make sure to have some time in case they are too busy that specific day. Still faster than any other printing service i tried!

They are limited wirh regards to stiff back 8x14 writing pad. Its seams that they have a hard time to keep supplies up...a bit disapointing

Horrible staff and floor supervisor. Staff do not know much about their jobs and are more interested by someone's cat picture than helping customer in need. Not the first time I encounter probles at this location. Will not be visiting this store again.
