I went there (Oshawa Centre location) this morning, bought 4 pieces of minibon and paid cash (a 50 cads note) but I didn't check the change immediately. Then, I realized I got only 4 notes/bills of 5 cads and 2.50 in coins=22.50. I felt robbed by this nice" cashier who obviously noticed I'm not from here.I'll never come back."

Did a little shopping at the mall today( Monday feb 6th ) , I asked for the pecans & caramel ( which is so delicious on top ) asked if I could get a little extra toppings. I said I would pay for the extra toppings. The young lady who served ‘e,,, got me. She did exactly as asked. I opened my box of deliciousness & wow! Thanks! You made my day! It’s those little things. I’m a customer for life!

Went there I think the person that served me might have been in charge of shift, it was end of day the person gave the vibe as if she didn’t want to deal with anymore customers was kind of rude and basically threw the box and slide it across the counter at me. Also charged me for extra icing and of course didn’t give it to me.Very disappointing to be treated like that after spending almost $25 on 6 buns.

Super disappointed with todays purchase. The mini pack of cinnamon buns tasted and felt like they were old. The dough was super dry and had an off taste. Normally they are super good and fluffy! Giving an extra star for the topping because it was a fluffy icing and not too sweet this time!

Have never had terrible Cinnabons before today. I know the taste and these were terrible. Aside from the outer layer the dough inside was flat which effected the taste and made it doughy. The cinnamon taste was totally off and had a floral taste to it. I will never purchase from this location again. If I could give it zero stars thats what it deserves. They're not a cheap product either so shame on the operators of this store.

incredibly rude cashier. my friend never tried cinnabon before so she was excited. absolutely SHOCKED by how rude the cashier was. Slamming things, cutting me off, throwing things in the bag. Her name starts with a Z.

A nice small branch of Cinnabon. They bake the cinnabon product on site. It is nice to see how they make it.The only drawback is that there is no many seats available. Only few tables. However, it is not far from the food court, so you can buy whatever you want and head to the food court. I wish they have coffee making machine of lattee and cappuccino. That would make this branch a complete one.
