I ordered several 4 x 8 sheets of slatwall from this company to complete my garage walls. The second and third shipments had some issues. However, Proslat corrected most of the defects and is in the process of providing me a refund on those slats that can't be used. Overall, the company is doing all the right things to support the customer.

I ordered quite a bit of slatwall for my new garage but got the run around from the trucking company, after a week I contacted proslat directly and problem solved. Kait at proslat straightened it all out and even resent me extra hook kits for the inconvenience. Would recommend using proslat to anyone, customer service was second to none.

Best garage system ever. Everything is PROSLAT ! The garage is almost a room in our house since it is super clean all year long. During summer we have a setup and during winter we have another setup thanks to the accessories of Proslat. So we can store anything we need all year long without preventing our car to get in.Also make sure ton contact the customer service team if you need anything they will help you within few hours. The products are super strong but in the event of something failing you have the full warranty. I had just a little issue with hinges, they were replaced in just few days under the warranty.Thanks to Proslat ! 100% recommended from an happy customer :)

I investigated multiple slat wall options and was a bit skeptical finding the right one. I went with Proslat because of their wide variety of hooks and the flexibility of the system. I went with a 4 x 8 wall and planned to divide it into (2) 4 x 4 sections. When the system arrived I was very impressed with the quality of the product and especially pleased with how heavy duty the hooks were. Most of the competing hooks are not as beefy! I had some questions about the system so I sent an email thinking I may never hear from them..... wrong again..... I was contacted immediately and my questions were answered. Great job Team Proslat!

Amazing product and amazing customer service. Ordered the ultimate package (2 slat walls + baskets, hooks, etc.). Delivered quickly to Ontario. I called for a replacement part as it appeared to have a manufacturing issues, replaced and received within a week. Cannot speak highly enough of the business.

Purchased Procore+ using Jesse Diablo as a sales representative. First class treatment from start to finish. Samples of the product were sent and questions answered in a professional manner. This is a first class company selling a great product using great people to interact with the customer. Procore+ is a very sharp looking product and is extremely strong. It is simple to install with good directions and videos to guide you through the process. I had looked at a number of products and chose this one and have no regrets.

We purchased slat wall and accessories for our new RV Dealership. called in our order for the slat wall and got incredible attention and direction to ensure we had the correct amount as well as enough J and H trim. Ordered the accessories on line which was super easy and quick to arrive.Product is of superior quality and I would highly recommend this company to deal with!

All the various products, that I've received from Pro Slat, have come on time, and are quality items; but the highlight of my shopping experience, is due to a wonderful young lady, named Kait. If, on the rare occasion, Kait doesn't know the answers to my questions, she makes darn well sure to find them. This young lady is pleasant, knowledgeable, and beyond competent. 6 stars.

We purchased a Garage Gator two years ago, and it has been an absolute game-changer in the organization of our garage. Easy to use, reliable and provides so much more space for storage. Our bikes and kid-gear are secure and easily accessible now.But what makes ProSlat even more exceptional is its customer service. This level of service is unheard of these days. We were thrilled with our product but needed an accessory extension pack, and Jesse was so quick to deliver a custom request - they went above and beyond. It was genuinely refreshing to speak with someone so pleasant and who dedicated attention to such a random request.We appreciate the effort and will absolutely use and recommend this company in future!

Excellent customer service. My agency uses a garage gator hanging bike lift system purchased approximately a decade ago or more for our police bikes. The coating on the hooks has deteriorated from regular use. I contacted customer service and spoke to Ben about ordering replacement hooks. Ben found Proslat does not sell the hooks separately from the entire lift kit. Ben was able to find hooks for me and sent them to my department free of charge. Ben also stated he will look into seeing if Proslat can sell the hooks separately in the future. The Garage Gator is a good product that we use to hang our bikes in our garage and has been working without any issues for over a decade. Thank You Ben for your professionalism and assistance.
