We were charged TWICE!! When I called they asked me to send them all of the paperwork which I did, then they never responded back at all. I called again but didn’t hear back. I had to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Thank goodness I could do that so don’t ever pay cash! They need a credit card to hold a reservation but they will charge your credit card then ask you to pay upon arrival and charge you twice!! So dishonest! They tried saying we must have spent the exact same amount at the restaurant but we did even go to the restaurant

Stayed at a one bedroom here for a few nights and I would recommend getting an airbnb instead. Pros: good air conditioning, wifi, beautiful view from the balcony, & plenty of parking. Cons: not clean; there were various stains on the walls/blankets/pillows, a towel was left draped on the air conditioner as though it was forgotten mid-cleaning & there were tiny bugs crawling on the floor... luckily they looked like ants or something similar, not bed bugs, but it left us unsettled.

Highly recommend. Beautiful location overlooking the bay. Also nice restaurant with patio and real salmon in the burgers. Two items that dropped it to 4/5 and easily fixed - McCafe coffee pods in the bedroom and disposable plates/cutlery for breakfast

Greatest service! Murray really helped us out with anything we needed. He drove ten minutes in the snow to open up the games room for us. The pool and spa is very nice and well kept. The gym is also really good. The room was well cleaned and we had a gorgeous view.The bistro food was amazing and everything was very accessible. Wifi was good there weren’t any issues. TV had Netflix so that was a plus. Overall this place was amazing!

Perfect location, great experience. The staff was really friendly, the services were great. The space was awesome I definitely recommend the villas it's nice to have your own kitchen. The unit had a smart tv so you could use Netflix and anything that you have, very nice. I had a great time.

The resort is steps away from the premier put in spot for kayaking the south Salish Sea. The hotel at the resort is over 100 years old. Rooms are quaint. But the French doors onto an amazing view of the Gulf Island Marine Reserve. Ferry to the island can be an exercise in patience. Nice people, great location. B+ to A-.
