Excellent subs, it's such a shame that there's only one left in the region.Before it's gone, I highly recommend you drop by, this is way better than subway's and is a direct competitor of Firehouse Subs.The sandwich actually look like advertised in the photos and taste so freaking good.Additionally, this is one of the original sub franchise established as far as the 60's....Anyhow, great tasting subs at a great price, check them out or miss out!Ps: When I was there this afternoon, someone drove from Nova Scotia to buy some delicious subs from that location to bring back home to their family, if it's any hint of the quality of those sandwiches.GO TRY THEM NOW...

I just want to leave this review to commend the owner on his patience and professionalism in a difficult situation.I was sitting enjoying my lunch and having a nice conversation with my friend when this girl walked in shouting at the owner because she wanted a glorified sub with EVERYTHING on the side. The owner told her he can’t do that as he doesn’t have containers big enough, however he can put the sauce on the side if she prefers. She continued to shout at him saying he can use a soup container for her sides. Again the owner, very calmly told her he cannot use those containers as they are made for soup not sub toppings. Apparently the girl didn’t like that and threatened to take this to the manager even though she was unknowingly yelling at the owner of the establishment. Anyway she eventually left without purchasing anything.I just wanted to bring this situation to the attention of Mr. Sub because the owner is genuinely the nicest, kindest, and most respectful person I have even met. He handled the situation so well and deserves recognition for it.

Great place to eat. Nice alternative to Subway. Always amazing service. Been going there once a week for the last 15 years. The owner is very nice too. Thanks.

I just drove 30 mins because we were craving Mr. Sub. It was so worth it and my meal was so freaking good. I had the steak and cheese. Everything about it was fresh. The lady working was also the nicest, kept her work area extremely clean and was so thoughtful about asking if every step was ok. I just wish there were more locations around Ottawa.

Ordered sub on online app, mentioned some notes to add extra veggies. When I got the order, the sub had very little amount of sauces on both subs. And also they forgot to read the notes

Please update your hours on Google. Some of us are foolish enough to search out a Mr. Sub as a destination and it was a waste of time to find you closed (even after checking your hours on Google Maps). I must be a slow learner as this is the second time it has happened to me. This time it earns you a review.
