Overall, the food was good. The actual experience, not so much. The chef at the grill was not entertaining at all. He just flipped a piece of broccoli at each person's mouth around the table and that was the end of the show. What we all noticed was that we felt extremely rushed. As soon as we started to finish our plates (some of us were still eating), the chef passed out takeout carriers for any remainders, and then asked about deserts. We felt they wanted us in and out quickly so they could fill another table. We have had another teppanyaki experience at a different restaurant and it was so much better. After paying the bill, we went out to the patio which is quite nice but we noticed nobody asked us if we wanted a drink. We all did. Missed opportunity by the restaurant.I very much doubt anybody in our group would go back.

Good experience. Just some points:- Asked for a birthday song and I wasn’t made aware that there’s a $10 charge for it.-The bill already have 15% automatic gratuity.- If you want to upgrade your rice , prepare for a $4-5 charge same idea if you want a noodle instead of rice. (Not pricey if noodles. )

Dining in teppanyaki restaurants is always fun. Food is great; service is equally great. This place has a good ambiance, and sharing a table with other customers brings out a communal atmosphere. Aside from teppanyaki meal sets that come with salad and miso soups, you can also order other dishes, including different kinds of sushi rolls. Their fried rice is excellent. If you and your friends are looking for teppanyaki restaurant to try, this place is highly recommended.

We visited the restaurant on a weekday and had a great experience. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the incredible atmosphere and vibe of the place. I highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience.

Our chef had nice skills, was courteous and communicated well. The food was ok, could have been better (noodles was bland, veggies was well-spiced, steak was good).Giving three stars because they didn’t wipe the guest table tops but threw the cutlery. Price was fairThey sang and played the drum for birthday celebrants.First Teppanyaki experience and it was good.

We had dinner here with 7 adults and 5 kids ages 6, 11, 12, 13 and 14. We had reservations for 7:30pm, but had to wait until 8:15pm to get seated. There were 2 ladies working at the front. The first lady told us our whole party had to be there to be seated (which we understand). We had our party pulling in already anyways. When our whole party was there we were then given the excuse that they didn’t have enough cooks and were just waiting for a cook to be available. They should have just told us that in the first place. Once seated, it took about another hour before we had a cook. It just seemed like we had to complain every step of the way to get seated and serviced. The good part of the dinner was the cook, as he knows how to entertain the patrons. The food was nothing to wow about, but I would still say it was pretty decent. Our group ordered:- Deluxe dinner (x4) - consisting of chicken, shrimp, steak and lobster- Fried chicken for the kids (x2)- Steak for the kids (x2)- Salmon Lover Sushi (x2)- Edamame (x2)If your family has big eaters, this amount may not be enough for you. The order was just enough for my family. We are not small eaters by any means, but we are not gluttonous. For those who do not know, Teppanyaki is where a cook makes the food in front of you. You can also order side dishes and sushi in addition to your meal. For the price, the sushi is quite small. We did not order any sashimi.

I may be spoiled because I am asian but this place is not good. Our grill master came frowning and did not put up any entertainments for us. He mostly gave me eye contact and not to my friends which is disappointing. He looked like he hated his job.The food was very white washed asian food. Miso soup and salad were too salty. I ordered the chicken set and after 5 minutes the meat got more and more dry. I did not end up finishing my food.I also ordered an alcoholic beverage called the momo. Tastes good like juice but no alcohol feelings at all.I think it would be more fun if you brought 6+ people but we were just 3. The washrooms was also a little gross and run down and the staff we all pretty new. There was a grill cook flirting with the front desk girls and lots of staff chattering. Our server did not recommend us anything and just asked us what we wanted like a list. Not very experienced in the food waiting business. I do not recommend this place

Great experience and not very expensive at all! Your private cook prepares the meal in front of you with a little show, very entertainingThe food wasn't unbelievable, but it remains satisfying to eat what has been prepared in front of you

This is the second time I've been here. The first time was back in January for my birthday dinner celebration. It was fantastic, the service was great, and our chef was amazing. The food was delicious. The only letdown from that visit was we asked for the birthday add on, which means cheesecake and a birthday drumming. They forgot, but made up for it by giving me ice cream instead, and didn't charge for it.The second time was this last Saturday. We had a reservation for 7pm, but were made to wait for 20 minutes before we could be seated. One of the managers didn't seem very happy, was giving the staff dirty looks and even violently threw a spray bottle across the ground towards one of the servers. When the chef started at our table, he seemed very rushed. He didn't perform many tricks, and left as soon as our food was served. We got our cheesecake this time around, but it felt like they wanted us out of there as soon as possible.Slightly disappointed with our latest visit.
