I was so impressed with the prompt correspondence with Andrea from start to finish with my weighted blanket order!! On Friday, I sent a message through Messenger and within minutes Andrea responded to my inquiry. I was in search of a weighted blanket for my husband for his birthday. Andrea sent me some photos of fabrics that might be suitable for his tastes, as well as different choices of fabrics for the backing. She was very helpful with suggestions for size and weight as well (I ordered a 16 lb, XL blanket). The fabric choices were beautiful, and it was an easy choice for me to choose the bi-plane fabric as my husband loves airplanes!! My husband’s birthday was only a week away so I was expecting to wrap up a photo of the blanket and tell him his weighted blanket was on the way but would be arriving a little late as it was a custom order. To my unexpected surprise, Andrea sent me a message on Monday to say that she was able to complete the blanket that day, and she would put it in the mail the next morning so we would have it in time for his birthday!! I was lucky as I placed the order on a slower week she said!! The parcel arrived by Thursday! I just opened up the box and was so impressed by the professional packaging! The bi-plane weighted blanket is absolutely beautiful and exactly as ordered! I just know my husband is going to love it when he opens it tomorrow for his birthday!!
