If you want a budget cut go here. If you want a hair cut that gives you confidence don't go here. My wife got back this evening and hasn't stopped crying because the girl did bangs 3 inches passed where it should have stopped. If she wanted a bowl cut we could have done it. Never going back. Went here for 5 years and it's just been garbage these lastFew times.

Edit: upon getting home and showering, I then noticed my hair is extremely uneven when being looked at head on. Honestly I’m embarrassed for myself having this haircut, and even more so for the hairdresser and company for being so dishonest about their mistakes. Also uploaded a picture to show.I went for a simple haircut. Ended up with a bald spot and then the lady tried to cover it up and act like it’s a natural bald spot (I’m 27, I have never had any bald spots) she then charged me 30$ for a simple trim I was told would cost 20$.Avoid this place at all costs - they don’t own their mistakes and refuse to fix them. This shop specifically has fallen off a cliff of satisfaction and I will never use it again. As evident by the managers reply to every comment - they don’t intend on changing anything, just a run of the mill response to every negative review

Failed to give me the results I wanted. The hairdresser merely glanced at my reference photo. Did no consultation. No communication. When I first walked in, my hair reached my bum, it was that long. When I walked out, my hair reached my collarbones. I had told her I wanted the length to reach the bottom of my bust. Washed, cut, and curled my hair for $70!!!! Outrageous price for a haircut I did not ask for!I went home and cried. I did not receive the results I wanted at all. The hairdressers should communicate more with their clients. They should not be so afraid to speak with their clients.

The receptionist was super nice but the woman who cut my sons hair wouldn’t talk to him. When she came to the front desk she didn’t say hello. She looked annoyed she had to cut my sons hair. The only thing she kept saying was keep your head straight. He’s 7 and he sat amazing for her. When I told her he just wanted a fade short at the back shaved long on top she expected me to know information on guard sizes for clippers. I even tipped her. We were both uncomfortable with our experience.

My boyfriend and I went to get haircuts together. My boyfriend went first where we specifically asked the lady before that we wanted his hair to be kept longer than a picture of a previous haircut he had received. She said she understood and that she could do that. He came out with a military cut and it was super short and even shorter than he had before (in the picture). I got an inch cut in which she had left pieces of my hair longer than others. They’re names were Tammy and Reina. We had gone two previous times before to this establishment to get our hair cut from other people. We will not be going back however after this mishap.

Sherry was excellent with a great personality.she. Explained things clearinly when I asked her things about my hair.She took the time in doing my hair exactly. the way I wanted and boy, she did an awesome job.I highly recommend her.

The lady did horrible job on my hair today. I booked an appointment and I asked the cost. On phone the lady told me that it would be 25$ (including hair cut and wash)I went there the lady did not even washed my hair just spray water and start cutting. She was so rude.I asked for blow dry and she said it will cost extra. I said it is fine. She literally put the hot air and while blow drying she was not careful she put hot air in my eyes 4-5 times.Then when it was time to pay she charged me 40$.Please don’t go there guys

Lady named Rachel cut my hair, she wasn’t very friendly to start, she washed my hair and when she was trying to brush it she did it horribly, as someone with long hair you brush from bottom to top, she did not do that and kept getting my hair tangled in the brush. She gave up and decided to cut above where she couldn't brush, she didn’t bother confirming with me again on how much to cut off and ended up cutting about 9 inches of my hair off, at the start I told her I wanted about 4-5 inches off. Luckily I am happy with my hair but very unhappy with the experience I had since it could have gone way worse if I wasn’t prepared for taking that much hair off. Would not recommend her, only went there because I had a great experience with another girl last time.
