Clean and neat shopping mall, nice food court as well

Many small shops at this location. It is a bit hard to locate the shop inside if you are going there for the first time. Very busy and tight parking areas.

Great very clean mall with free parking, lots of useful shops and a fantastic grocery in basement level.

With many levels of shops but I find that each store can open or close without a set hours, which is not a good thing. It has a good court too. I usually go to the supermarket on the basement level.

It's an OK mall. They don't have name brands stores here. Only neish ones you can't find anywhere else. They do have a Chinese supermarket. It's a good plus since there aren't any close to area.

I came at around 6pm. Worst security guard, his name is Deep. He was on phone with someone and not repkying properly to me. He was soo rude to me when i went shopping there. He was flirting with cleaning lady later on. His concentration on playing with her was far more than assisting customers.

This shopping center in the Iranian community is a real gem. The variety of shops available is amazing, from traditional Iranian products to modern electronics and everything in between. What's even better is the ample parking available. It can be frustrating to circle around in search of a parking spot but that won't be an issue here. The parking lot was well-lit and felt safe, making me feel secure while shopping. I visited a few stores and found such unique products that I would never have thought to look for online. Overall, the shopping center's range of shops and convenience of parking make it a must-visit destination for anyone looking to explore the Iranian community's culture or find some hidden gems in the stores.

I absolutely love this place! They have a fantastic variety of shops that are full of unique and interesting items, and the ample amount of parking available in the lot makes shopping here a breeze. But what really sets this place apart is its food court. The selection of food is incredible, with a wide range of options that are sure to satisfy any craving. From classic dishes to international cuisine, there's something for everyone. I especially love that they use fresh and high-quality ingredients in all of their dishes. Overall, I highly recommend checking out this wonderful establishment. You won't regret it!

This is a new and clean mall with lots of underground parking (don't bother trying to find parking outside). The food court is kinda lame and it's not a very busy place. The video of the food court shows you exactly what you can expect.
