I see lots of great reviews but none about claims service which is what you are actually paying premiums for. I put a water damage claim in 8 weeks ago and I still feel like I’m in complete limbo. Most of my emails do not get replies, I have no idea what’s going on, next steps are not clear and I feel like I am being strung along. I’m starting to wonder if this is even a legitimate insurance company. The client should not have to spend so much time and energy trying to get answers. Dealing with the water damage is hard enough without the constant stress of trying to sort on the claim.

I use SE, specifically Daryl, to insure my 75 year old home. He's always responsive, rates are good, he stays on top of important things and follows up. Very satisfied and it's nice to deal with real people when many insurance companies force you to be on hold for hours.

I cut my auto insurance bill in HALF by switching to BIG billyard insurance group, i honestly don't know why it cost me 1600$ for a base model civic, now both my truck and civic are insured for 1600$....
