Yogatown

I've been in both Ottawa and Stittsville Location. the good thing is that instructors usually have class in both locations. so if you like a specific instructor, you are not restricted location-wise.Even though all the instructors I've tried are lovely, my favorites are Nicola Anderson and Dana Wemyss. I totally recommend them simply because they are amazing.If you are looking for a nice and clean studio with friendly staff and wonderful instructors, give this place a shot.

I’m not someone that posts online reviews… but this is something I feel I have to do.I have been doing yoga at Yogatown for a year now and the benefits, both physically and mentally have been amazing for me.There are three main things that happened to me with my Yogatown experience during the past 12 month, listed here in order of when they happened:1) Amazement at the talent of the teachers: I did not know what to expect when I showed up for my first class… I was blown away and I still am a year later.2) Benefits for body and mind: I feel great physically, yoga is doing much more to my body (strength, flexibility, balance) than I expected. As for the mind part, most of these teachers are like therapists to me. They have wonderful things to say during practice I’m starting to be able to apply some of that in my life.3) Looking forward to be back there as often as I can: this is where I am now, trying to make time for yoga as often as my work and family schedule permits. The staff is wonderful, it feels great walking into this place, knowing that this is time for me and that I get so much out of it.

I have been going to the Yogatown in Stittsville for 4 months now. Loved every single class I have taken. Staff are welcoming, space is nice and clean, and all instructors are Amazing. I have been recommending this place to a lot of my friends and coworkers hoping that more people will benefit from going to yoga classes. My favorite instructor is Erin Hein ❤️. She goes above and beyond to make every class special in so many ways~ She also have so much care for her students. Give it a try and you will love this place as much as I do ~

It was unpleasant at the beginning due to not being familiar with its policy. But the manager reached out to me and fixed it. Overall, the yoga classes were pretty good and made me relax.

It's all hot yoga - overcrowded, studio smells like feet and just gross. Far from relaxation you expect from yoga. Frustrating. They need regular yoga options

Yogatown is amazing! I’ve been going for 2 months now and love it. Everyone at yogatown is very welcoming and the instructors are very good at making sure you go at your own pace. Its relaxing and hard at the same time!

What an awesome spot, right in the heart of Stittsville. I was extremely thankful to discover this place, on a recent visit to my mum and dad’s. I took 5 classes in a week, and each one was top-notch. Super helpful staff, welcoming group… I will for sure be back. Thanks team!

I've been to many yoga studios and this one is by far, the best. Great classes, fabulous instructors and wonderful atmosphere. I immediately feel more relaxed as soon as I step through the door. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere and awesome staff who are never to busy to assist or support a new recruit to the yoga scene which I am. Lots of varied class styles and levels to choose from and very accommodating class times. Give it a try you won't regret it.
