Terrible!!!! Garage closes at 11. They handed out a ticket, i emailed to dispute. No respond. Kept sending email for a week. Yet they are so prompt and on time handing out tickets

This parking lot has multiple levels. Could be a bit confusing, just slowly follow the directions on the wall. Be careful not go to the resident parking area. Parking rate is the same as outdoor parking.

park ANYWHERE else. I've had a range of problems here from the machines over charging me, to the all the machines on one floor being out of order at the same time. Tried to get a refund once for being over charged - they make it impossible. The stairwells are disgusting. Doors missing door knobs so you can't enter some floors from certain stair wells.

Just make sure u pay before u leave vehicle there cause no clear signs are posted, and make sure ticket I'd posted on ur windshield.

Worst accessibility ever. We have a stroller and it's almost impossible to get back to the car because access to the elevator is only from inside...Also they issue tickets/fines even if you pay the flat rate $7 on the weekend. Robbery. I'd rather park on the street next time.

Been there today , no rush, not suitable for pickup trucks but for SUVs pretty decent. Paid $9 for parking from 4 pm -11 pm for Friday.

Beware if you require wheelchair or stroller accessibility. Elevator access only for exiting the garage and there was a step to get to it. Had to use the ramp to get back into the garage.

I parked on a Sunday recently. Flat Rate. Displayed the receipt and that was clearly visible. Came back and found a violation notice that was issued at 5:52pm whereas the expiration time on the payment receipt was 6pm. Even if I ignore the flat rate how can they fine me 8mins in advance?Sent an email to contest and I got a response with a completely different reason i.e. I did not mention license plate number on the receipt. How can I mention that when I was not asked to punch in the license plate numbers at the Kiosk. No reason to bypass that when I paid. Called and talked to two people who tried to to stick with two different reasons and kept saying I have to pay now that notice has been issued.This is wrong on so many levels. Now I am getting violation notice at home with warnings that further action will be taken. Had I been at fault I would have paid right away but this is not going to happen.Summary: Issue a violation notice, see the proof that you issued it in error, come up with another excuse for the notice which is also not valid and then harass by sending notice(s) at home.

Located at a very good location. Not many parking spots and they increased their pricing from $16 to $20 during Covid pandemic :(
