We roamed at least five to six stores before we visited Bricks for a sofa bed. Vee understood exactly what we needed and our budget. She guided us appropriately to make our purchase. She is very good with understanding a customer’s need and her communication skills are excellent.

I am in store to buy bed. They have quite a large collection of beds and bed sets. However, that not the highlight.For me. Its the customer service and floor staff support that made it special. Vee, the CSR who was in the floor was very helpful and helped me to make my choice based on my needs. She helped me to pick the beat it lemUnder my price range.Thanks you Vee for the great service

Bought a patio furniture piece from this location. Nazia approached us and was easy to work with, making recommendations and not being pushy. She also informed us of the delivery promotion at the time and was generally helpful.Delivery was a non-hassle too - they arrived within the designated time window and dropped off the furniture in our backyard without damaging anything.Lastly, the patio furniture looks great and is reasonably priced. May look to getting more furniture from here in the future.Overall, highly recommend!

Bought my living room couch from here. Vaidehi was super helpful to show us around, very informative. An amazing sales person.But I wish I could give zero stars to the brand. Unfortunately everything after the sale was awful - customer service experience, delivery experience & product quality.We got the delivery after 3 months (in October 2022) of the promised date August 2022). The delivery guy wanted to leave the couch unassembled and expected us to sign on delivery papers. When we asked them to assemble, they haphazardly tried to put one leg, ended up breaking it and were very rude in their tone. Worst delivery experience ever. We took the broken leg to the store & found out the screws were missing.Not to forget in all of this, we did not get any throw pillows. That’s another challenge we are dealing till date with (6 months after delivery).In just 4 months, the couch fabric has already starting to tatter. Pictures for reference below.I really wish such brands stop fooling customers. It’s our hard earned money and I regret wasting my money, time and effort on a shoddy brand like The Brick.I have another couch from Urban Barn. Hands down 5 stars to them from start till current day after sales services.2/14 sent and email but have not heard back from anyone yet. Deyna???3/8: send 4 follow up emails and no response yet. Someone came for inspection of the couch 2 weeks back. No update on that???I was promised the delivery of throw pillows on March 4th (didn’t receive in original order), that hadn’t come. No update still???Ridiculous & Pathetic Customer Service!!!Deyna???June 30: Numerous emails back and forth, still I have not received the replacement. They just test your patience. Super unreliable ppl. Dave your money and don’t go to bricks!!

If you are looking to buy furniture for your home then this is the place you should visit. They have so many options for the bed and mattresses and other furniture as well. I specially want to mention Nazia who was very polite and helpful and gave us great deals and helped a lot.

We had great experience shopping here. They have good collection.Sales associate Vaidehi was great. She has great knowledge about the furniture and mattresses. She is also quite patient and pleasant. I’ll definitely look for her in my next shopping trip.

Bought a Dining Table set from Heartland store. Raj from sales was nice and was able to get us a good deal.However, the table that was delivered was defective, and need to wait another 5 days to get a new one. Customer service and delivery was unsatisfactory.
