Manulock Construction did an amazing job on our new basement bathroom. We have a centuryhome that needed major work done, bulk heads with heating pipes moved and the floor leveled. James and his team got the job done fast and to perfection, we couldn't be happier with the results. We will definitely be getting them back to do more renovations in the future.

Manulock Construction did a complete basement renovation which included adding a 2nd bathroom to the house. James and his team were very professional and creative resulting in a finished product that has totally transformed an old, tired and nonfunctional basement into a new, modern and beautiful part of the home. Thank you James it was a pleasure working with you and we look forward to seeing you again for the next phase of the renovations.

During a recent wind storm we lost sections of our fence. I reached out to James at Manulock Construction for a quote. He showed up on time. Within one hour of his visit I received an itemized quote for the work that need to be done.James arranged for the job to be done on the weekend as we were in a rush to get it completed.James and his crew did a great job. They were meticulous and did an excellent job.Once the job was completed and the invoice was sent, it matched his quote!I would highly recommend Manulock Construction for any projects you might be considering.Their level of professionalism is second to none!

James is amazing. He totally transformed the layout of my kitchen which included tearing down walls, changing electrical, adding pot lights, ripping out floors, cabinets and appliances. It doesn’t look like the same house. New hardwood was installed throughout and he gutted an outdated bathroom and transformed it into a luxurious modern one. James also gutted my condo downtown and transformed it to show home quality which enabled me to sell it a day after it was listed. While construction was going on, James and his crew left the house spotless... cleaning up all dust and garbage and putting away their tools. He met every deadline as promised and was a true protectionist. We have recommended him to friends and none have been disappointed. We recently had our 6th renovation/improvement completed by Manulock Construction. We have been working with Manulock for over 10 years now having both outside and inside work done. This time it was expanding the master bathroom including completely changing the layout and perfecting our master walk-in closet which needed walls taken down to be moved and new walls put up. I am glad that we did take the existing walls down as James found that they were not supporting things properly. Living through construction is not always easy but James and Devin were very understanding and accommodating. We are already planning our new kitchen with James and hope to have this done later this year. From top to bottom and from inside out Manulock Construction is who I will use and highly recommend!

Got a referral from a trust source to use Manulock Construction to install a new backyard patio, walkway and replace our backdoor stoop. We were extremely pleased with the great work done in a concentrated amount of time. James and his team were polite and a pleasure to deal with, and their professionalism and caring, quality work done was top notch.
