I live 5 hours north of toronto in a small city and usually packages take at least a week to arrive, these are sent out of the facility in couple hours and delivered within a day or 2 tops, so fast!I have had the issue someone else mentioned with a product not being in stock and I had no idea until it didnt arrive and I had to phone to check. It says on the confirmation email that they will contact via email any items that are on back order in a couple hours, though I didnt get an email. Wasnt a big issue this time but could be improved. Overall good experiences on phone and with delivery though.

Good selection and decent prices, though this is somewhat offset by poor status communication. I’ve had several orders that arrived missing items that I had to follow up on. In most cases the missing items were backordered (with no notice on the website) and delivered...eventually. In each case I had to follow up more than once, and with my last order I got no response to multiple emails. I want to love them but their customer service needs a bit of work.UPDATE: I've seen substantial improvements in their service recently, both in responding to questions and providing proactive updates on shipping. There's still some issues with order items being out of stock but I've bumped up my star rating by one to reflect the other improvements. Thanks Gesswein!

Sold the fake watch loupe with very bad quality. And it is very difficult to get a refund for those fake items. There was no free refund label for those fake items and after I returned their items, I still have not received my refund money. Shady business company. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Recently purchased a micromotor. Contacted by phone. Salesman was very friendly and answered my questions. Product shipped and arrived the next day. Great customer service. I would advise this company to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service! Drove all the way from Windsor to here but my trip was worth it. Brett at the counter, answered all my questions nicely and guided me for lot of stuff. Didn't feel that he is in a rush. This company cares for not only customers but all the individuals who come to visit warehouse. Thanks a ton Brett!
